I made sure he had my phone number and forwarded the content to him via email and he assured me I could pick it up on Friday. I came in Friday and he told me "oh, I couldn't do it" Stunned I asked "Why not?" He explained the way the slides were laid out, he couldn't print them in order. I said, trying to hide my frustration, "I wish you would have called me. I could have adjusted it for you." He replied, " I couldn't find your number. Mind you, he had my email because the content was sent to him via email but whatever. I tried to adjust the layout on the computer in the shop, but while I was trying, he figured it out. That to me meant if he had spent a few minutes trying to figure it out while doing the job, he could have completed the job. Now he assured me I could pick it up on Monday. I called before I got there because they close at 5 and it was 4:30 and I was just getting to the commuter lot. I wanted to make sure he knew I was still coming to pick it up. Good thing I called because when I got there at 4:45, he was just printing it. It was almost like he heard my message and thought, crap I better do that now. When I finished he gave me this poorly laid out book and the whole book is out of order. The last page is the first page. A simple two minute read through or at least comparison with what I provided would have made it obvious this was out of order. Annoyed, but still being too pleasant, I told him it was out of order. He put the pages in order and printed it again. This time it was in order but it just looks stupid. There is a cover image with a blank page right next to it. (See photo) as a professional printer, I would have been embarrassed to present this to a customer. Now I don't have time to get this reprinted and I'm stuck with 5 copies of a book I'm embarrassed to present to anyone.. In all of the errors and communication failures, not once did he apologize or express a single ounce of remorse for this poor service. This job was handled so poorly, I felt disrespected. I'm not sure why my experience is so different from whomever gave him 5 stars, but I wouldn't use this shop to make a single copy

After reading the shop reviews on Yelp, I decided to stop in and ask a few questions. The owners and staff are clear experts, having been in business for many years. My prints turned out BEAUTIFULLY; the color, precision, and quality are each spot on. And to boot, my customers have raved about the quality of my fine art prints -- a subsequent testament to the work of Perfect Image Printing. Perfect Image Printing is a family owned and operated business, which I also love to support family-based endeavors. Robert, Lien, Ling, and other employees I've interacted with have each been a pleasure. I've been back with several more print projects, and each visit has been as confirming as the first. If you are looking for a print shop, this is your place! As a side note, I noticed that Google Maps has trouble pinpointing the store location. To clarify, the shop is located on Columbia Pike, the next building to the west of Mr. Tire, one of several small storefronts located within the same building. The storefront faces Columbia Pike. I hope that helps!

One train wreck coming up... So what does this have to do with a review of Intrawerx Copier in Manassas Virginia? Quite simply, they didn't rip off this sucker. The machine is nice. It does what we need. It's clean and runs smoothly as a networked printer, copier, and scanner. A quick check of the usual suspects on the Internet shows that the price (my boss doesn't want me to show what he paid) was fair. Even the supplies (toner and so forth) are reasonably priced. So yeah, Intrawerx Copier deserves a good review -- even though I've never met or talked to them. Aza D. Oberman September 2018
