The man I spoke to from this business is such a kind individual. A few days ago our dog passed away…read morewhich was hard for our family. I got a picture made up of him that we wanted to print off and called in to see if he could print it. A lot of times small orders like mine don't make sense for shops to do because there are little to no margin but when I told him what it was for he did it for me without hesitation and within an hour. Small acts of kindness mean a lot and for my family it was huge. Thank you, and we will definitely be using Woodbridge Printing for any print work we need done for personal, business, church, or otherwise.

I needed a small, 12 page story book printed. The man, who I assume is the owner as he was the only…read moreperson there who wasn't a teen and seemingly the only one working, assured me this could be done easily within a couple of days. I made sure he had my phone number and forwarded the content to him via email and he assured me I could pick it up on Friday. I came in Friday and he told me "oh, I couldn't do it" Stunned I asked "Why not?" He explained the way the slides were laid out, he couldn't print them in order. I said, trying to hide my frustration, "I wish you would have called me. I could have adjusted it for you." He replied, " I couldn't find your number. Mind you, he had my email because the content was sent to him via email but whatever. I tried to adjust the layout on the computer in the shop, but while I was trying, he figured it out. That to me meant if he had spent a few minutes trying to figure it out while doing the job, he could have completed the job. Now he assured me I could pick it up on Monday. I called before I got there because they close at 5 and it was 4:30 and I was just getting to the commuter lot. I wanted to make sure he knew I was still coming to pick it up. Good thing I called because when I got there at 4:45, he was just printing it. It was almost like he heard my message and thought, crap I better do that now. When I finished he gave me this poorly laid out book and the whole book is out of order. The last page is the first page. A simple two minute read through or at least comparison with what I provided would have made it obvious this was out of order. Annoyed, but still being too pleasant, I told him it was out of order. He put the pages in order and printed it again. This time it was in order but it just looks stupid. There is a cover image with a blank page right next to it. (See photo) as a professional printer, I would have been embarrassed to present this to a customer. Now I don't have time to get this reprinted and I'm stuck with 5 copies of a book I'm embarrassed to present to anyone.. In all of the errors and communication failures, not once did he apologize or express a single ounce of remorse for this poor service. This job was handled so poorly, I felt disrespected. I'm not sure why my experience is so different from whomever gave him 5 stars, but I wouldn't use this shop to make a single copy

However, it was a picture of a picture. I got it professionally retouched in hopes that I could have it enlarged and framed, gallery-style in my home. I tried to upload it on an app, but the feedback there was just that the largest possible dimension while still maintaining a high level of quality was still fairly small. The issue was, I don't really understand these things and just wanted to speak with a human to explore options. So I reached out to Old Town Editions via email and they were so responsive and helpful. They actually provided me with specific information as to why there may be limitations and suggested some other options to explore. Their thorough breakdown and their willingness just to help, is exactly why I plan to return - whether it's this project or another.
