Pages were loose and had to be completely re-sewn. Front and back covers had to be replaced; he was able to salvage the cover illustrations and apply them to new covers. The spine had to be replaced, and the new spine harmonizes beautifully with the cover illustratons. Lettering on the front was damaged by tape, and he redid the lettering so perfectly you can't tell where he original leaves off and the new lettering begins. Outstanding craftsmanship. I can't wait for my grandchildren to enjoy this book as I did as a child and when my children were young. Many thanks.

I had 3 packages to ship out. The location is convenient because it's close to home. I just hadn't anticipated how long it would take. Upon arrival, there was 4 customers ahead of me. All but one person was just trying to ship out return items like I was. I didn't expect to be standing in an unmoving line for more than 45 minutes!!! There was 3 cashiers at the counter. Everything was moving in slow-mo. Or so it felt. By the time it was my turn, I realized there was more than 6 customers behind me and the line was snaking out the doors. None of them looked happy. I don't blame them at all. I was also dumbfounded by the complete lack of urgency displayed by the cashiers. And the utter unapologetic attitude of it all. I was just recently spoiled by the ultra efficient and friendly FedEx Office in Vienna / McLean so the contrast felt stark. Hoping there's no more occasions where I'd have to come here again.

It's the Friday before Christmas Monday @ 9 am. Maybe it's because of the cost of shipping for the general public? Not sure. The store was pristinely organized and clean. The entire expensive transaction took maybe 10 minutes.
