They said yes - Speaker brought in and 69.00 Diagnostic Fee paid - the were very efficient in determining My amplifier component was Blown -- They said I would need to pay for the replacement component up front and I authorized payment for "new amp " via credit card via textual and phone communication . I specifically told the Manager that I wanted Electrovoice OEM replacement components- They said no problem and speaker would be ready in approx 2 weeks . Segway -- 3 months later - they said delay was that they Did not have a Technician on Staff and job was on hold till they could find a replacement technician. I became somewhat suspicious when the manager kept trying to sell me on idea of getting a custom replacement speaker -- Told him , No Thank you sir-- Then he tells me That the future for investing was Cryptocurrency and they had a on site Bitcoin Vending Machine - that worked by digital payment . I told him I was Not interested and we needed to focus on the task of repairing my speaker. I had made multiple calls over the summer to check on the status . The Manager would not return my calls by text nor cellphone conversation. However, when I utilized someone else's phone with a different # , he would pick up the phone and answer promptly . I went there to see WTF was going on . He assured me that it was a labor issue . He needed more time. Long story short - he has some ? " Technician" "complete the repair" . I go to pick it up and notice that there is an aftermarket Brand Amp ... I said this was not what we agreed on . He stated when the initial tech ordered replacement OEM amp - it did not fit I said to him- that he did not order the correct Mfg OEM Why ? Because I personally called Electro voice in Greer SC and gave them the serial number and part numbers on back of matching speaker. They verified they had exact replacement and also offer a factory revamp and repair of my unit . I thought one stop connect would be a faster and effective solution I was totally Fooled by this Con artist -- I now have a speaker with incorrect bootleg part that still doesn't function properly -- I called to ask for refund and I would return the Bootleg amp . The manager has now moved the business ( He said that something unforeseen had occurred and they were in the process of relocating to Herndon). He has stood me up with more excuses beyond reasonable and professional consideration I have been more than patient - trying to give the guy a break ( that was my Mistake ) He refuses to answer my call . I would like notify the Police but this is a Civil Matter -- I would not let these people change a light bulb in my flashlight -- This Business is unethical , unprofessional and totally inept . DO NOT GIVE THIS SHOP YOUR PHONE!!!…read more My girlfriend brought her iPhone 14 to this shop to have the battery replaced. The phone had always been kept in a case and, to her knowledge, had never been dropped or exposed to water. There was no crack on the phone when she brought it in. After picking up the phone, she noticed that the camera was not working properly and that the front camera appeared to have a smudge or obstruction. She returned to the shop the very next morning to report the issue. At that point, she also noticed a sharp crack on the top-right corner of the phone (attached image). This crack was not there when she brought the phone in, and the phone had remained in a hard shell case for the past 4 years. Naturally, she was very concerned about how the damage had appeared. What was especially concerning was that the shop never mentioned any crack or damage when she dropped off OR picked up the phone. When she called the next morning, one of the first questions she was asked was whether she had dropped the phone which was a weird question to ask before she even mentioned any of the issue. When she returned to the shop, they claimed that she had dropped the phone, cracked it, and then somehow exposed it to water, resulting in water damage. She did not drop the phone or expose it to water within such a small time frame. She also asked about documentation of the phone's condition when it was dropped off and was told that the shop does not take before-and-after photos. So there is no documentation from the shop showing that the crack or other damage was present before the repair. She brought the phone in for a battery replacement and immediately afterward had a non-working camera, a smudged front camera, and a new crack that was not there when she dropped the phone off. The fact that the shop did not document the phone's condition and did not disclose the crack when she picked it up is extremely concerning. She is now disputing the charge and possibly filing Consumer Complaint with Virginia AG because she does not believe the damage occurred before she brought the phone in. If you use this shop, I would strongly recommend taking detailed photos and videos of your phone--including all four corners, the screen, cameras, and back--before handing it over for any repair. Or better, just save yourself and your phone from any headache and avoid this place at all cost.

On a whim, I drove out to Springfield in response to an ad they'd posted on Craiglist. This place is fantastic! It's full of QUALITY office furniture -- desks, bookcases, chairs, etc. -- in good, clean condition. (There was some dust here and there on a few pieces, but nothing you wouldn't expect. Plus everything is shined to a sparkly clean before it's delivered to you.) Everything is neatly organized, so it's easy to browse and find exactly what you need. I ended up getting not just the bookcase of my dreams, but also a Steelcase adjustable desk chair with lumbar support. Even better, the price I paid for these two pieces together was a mere fraction of what it would have cost me to buy either one of them brand new. Best of all, there was delivery right to my door for a modest fee. I highly encourage anyone looking to outfit a home or commercial office to stop into Celio to check out what they have to offer -- attentive but pressure-free service, a clean showroom, reasonable prices, affordable delivery, and quality pieces. P.S. It's a little confusing to find when you drive into the parking lot. You basically have to go all the way around the back of the building to find Suite B.

I…read morewas surprised to find that the Big Box office supply stores only sell very basic office chairs (with height and full-seat-tilt adjust only), and nothing like what you'd find in a real office for an employer that cares about employee comfort (with back height, back tilt, tilt lock-in-place, arm rest height and angle, etc adjustments). We decided to check out Celio, and found a great chair for $75 that was much better than what we'd get for $250+ at a Big Box office supply store. While we were there, we picked up a heavy-duty filing cabinet. Prices are incredibly reasonable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Since this is used furniture, the stock changes rapidly, but there's a lot of REALLY high quality stuff here that's in excellent condition. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
