The customer service rep was snappy about me "calling the wrong number" and wouldn't forward me to the store. I left work early to rush over before the listed hours of 7pm and got to the store at 6:55pm to a sign that says "closed for weather, sorry for the inconvenience." Well this wasn't just ONE inconvenience, but THREE, all because of lazy service. After I collect my package, I will be switching all my personal deliveries to the post office, where at a minimum, I know I'll receive my packages appropriately. I turned in two button-down dress shirts, both needing the body and arms altered. The alterations were 5-stars. Both my shirts fit perfect now. Also, the turnaround time was about 5-6 days. Now, the issue and reason for the 2-stars is twofold. First, for two shirts to be altered is was an even $100! That's $50 a shirt, $25 for the body and $25 for the sleeves. Wow! Second, the establishment "lost" my shirts! We went back two different times to ask again and again. Finally, somehow, they found them. Not only did they lose them and tell us that they had no record of the shirts, even though we had a ticket, but they also didn't offer any type of compensation or anything. This experience has truly made me gun shy about ever going back.
