Once we had decided what my order needed she gave me an email and asked me to place the order there. My husband and I prefer to support local businesses even if it is slightly more. I asked for a quote. The person who answered the email was Tanya. Her communication was professional and quick. The quote sent back was twice as high as every other quote from large printers online for the same job. That honestly gave us pause. However considering the quality I was seeking and considering that this is a local small business, I authorized the transaction anyway. When I picked my order up, it was actually $10 more than the top quote. $10 on top of an already very high quote was a bit jarring. I paid it, because it was only $10. I'd feel more comfortable going back for other jobs if I was certain quotes would be fully honored. I love my cards. The work was mostly good quality. As expected a few of the cards were not printed well. We ALWAYS order a few extra because EVERY order from anywhere has been the same. Lastly I would say Dottie at the desk was amazing helpful and warm, Tanya was professional and quick, the printing job was on par with rivals and the order was produced very quickly. Stafford Printing is a pricey option for good prints fast and bonus you can support local small business.

This UPS Store lost my package and they refused to do anything about it. I dropped the package off…read moreon April 29, 2026, and UPS proper never received it. I went to file a claim and UPS told me that they never received the package. Therefore, I could not file a claim. I then contacted the UPS store and they refused to help me in any way. I then informed them that I would never use them again, and the woman I was speaking to hung up the phone on me. The people at this UPS Store are inept at their job. They have no idea what they're doing, and that's why they lost my package. This is inexcusable, and I filed a complaint with the UPS customer service. Here's an update to my review: Here's how the "Local Business Customer Service" responded to my original review: "This is concerning to hear, Zmoonchild L.. We are forwarding this to the appropriate team right away and will look into this further. Please reach out to us at CustomerRelations@UPSStore.com so we can follow up with you." Here's my response to the "Local Business Customer Service" You are NOT concerned about anything. That's a complete lie. Otherwise, the store wouldn't have hung up the phone on me when I called them. They do NOT care about any of their customers. I did contact CustomerRelations@UPSStore.com. They said that UPS Store 6295 told them that UPS picked up the package. Here is the tracking number 1Z14V49EYW13970738. You can see that UPS never got the package, and that means that UPS Store 6295 lied. UPS also told me that because UPS Store 6295 lost my package I can NOT file a claim, and that's because UPS never received the package. All the "Local Business Customer Service" did was post a copy & paste response to my original review here with the hopes that somehow that would resolve them from their incompetent service. All of this proves that UPS Store 6295 is the worst place to have a package shipped. AVOID THEM!!!!!!!!! UPS Store 6295 lost the package I gave them, and because that I lost $149.00. They will lose your package, hang up the phone on you, and cost you money. AVOID THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never had an issue and I come here often for the last almost ten years to ship ups parcels…read moreand other items. Friendly and smiling every time! The store is convenient and I will definitely come back. Cost is typical for shipping. Not sure why so many negative reviews. I have never in ten years had a bad trip to this store.
