This UPS Store lost my package and they refused to do anything about it. I dropped the package off on April 29, 2026, and UPS proper never received it. I went to file a claim and UPS told me that they never received the package. Therefore, I could not file a claim. I then contacted the UPS store and they refused to help me in any way. I then informed them that I would never use them again, and the woman I was speaking to hung up the phone on me. The people at this UPS Store are inept at their job. They have no idea what they're doing, and that's why they lost my package. This is inexcusable, and I filed a complaint with the UPS customer service. Here's an update to my review: Here's how the "Local Business Customer Service" responded to my original review: "This is concerning to hear, Zmoonchild L.. We are forwarding this to the appropriate team right away and will look into this further. Please reach out to us at CustomerRelations@UPSStore.com so we can follow up with you." Here's my response to the "Local Business Customer Service" You are NOT concerned about anything. That's a complete lie. Otherwise, the store wouldn't have hung up the phone on me when I called them. They do NOT care about any of their customers. I did contact CustomerRelations@UPSStore.com. They said that UPS Store 6295 told them that UPS picked up the package. Here is the tracking number 1Z14V49EYW13970738. You can see that UPS never got the package, and that means that UPS Store 6295 lied. UPS also told me that because UPS Store 6295 lost my package I can NOT file a claim, and that's because UPS never received the package. All the "Local Business Customer Service" did was post a copy & paste response to my original review here with the hopes that somehow that would resolve them from their incompetent service. I have never had an issue and I come here often for the last almost ten years to ship ups parcels and other items. Friendly and smiling every time! The store is convenient and I will definitely come back. Cost is typical for shipping. Not sure why so many negative reviews. I have never in ten years had a bad trip to this store. read more

I haven't been to this UPS for a few months now but it seems like every time I come back I get treated worse and worse. Now today was quite the issue I've had my packages picked up by my girlfriend and she's had her packages picked up by me in the past whether it was with a QR code or just vocally saying each others names. I've never had an issue until tonight. Whether it's because the manager was trying to put a foot down for some reason or whatever it was but I felt a little discriminated against. They told me that I can't pick up someone else's package unless O can provide proof it's for her so I left and came back on the phone with my girlfriend who we could have provided ID or anything for. The lady assisting me sees the package but continues to ask the manager if she can give it to me while I'm on the phone with my girlfriend and instead of trying to talk to my girlfriend over the phone for any form of identification they just explicitly tell me "His name is not on the package so we are not giving it to him". From the time I moved here ten years ago to this very day, I believe the owner of this UPS Store on Richmond Highway who Id describe as an Asian gentleman has consistently shown disdain and disrespect to patrons. I sensed it from the very beginning and advised my fiancé not to support this business. Unfortunately, he was in urgent need of a notary service, and once again, this owner demonstrated a complete lack of customer service skills. I'm not sure if this is a common occurrence, but this man refused to complete a notary service for my fiancé because a pre-filled date that was dated today, June 2, 2025. You've got to be kidding me! My partner contacted the title company to request a new document, but this man informed him that his appointment was over and he could no longer assist him. He's SOoooooo busy at a UPS store on Richmond Highway in a small shopping area, in Stafford, VA, please. This is my usual spot to drop off returns, ship items and pick up supplies(occasionally). However, today it was particularly difficult to converse with this one clerk assisting me - who for some strange reason could not understand that I had a package that was a donation to CROCS (they sent me the packaging with the label and you fill it with your old CROCS). She kept saying this is an old label, again I explained at least (3x) the nature of the package and where it was going. She then asked me for my phone number and license, for whatever reason was beyond me - I gave her my phone number and again explained the situation. Either she was dense as a door nail or just plain STOOPID - not sure and didn't much care at this point I was in the store longer than I wanted to be. Finally, she scanned the label and gave me a receipt - evidently this was NOT an OLD label. No apology - just a smirk like this was a game to her. Service at this store has never been a PROBLEM, until TODAY. You may want to speak to the skinny, little Caucasian girl with straight black hair about LISTENING to customers. They do not answer phone. I called several times to ask some basic questions before making the drive to the store. No answer to any of my calls. Ended up driving in and finding out they didn't have what I wanted. Waste of time that could have been prevented by simply answering the phone. read more

Chris and his team have been my go-to for shipping since I've moved to Stafford some years ago. My packages get shipped quickly, safely, and inexpensively. Kudos to a great team. I rarely have to go to a UPS store to send a package. My daughter went off to College and I sent her a pair of shoes. Chris, oh what can I say about about him. He is the main reason I'm giving 5 ... Great sales person!!!! Great at his job!!!! This is the place to go in Stafford for sending a package. Btw, he will ask you if there is anything flammable , so make sure you know what you sending. I have lived in Stafford all my life and I never even realized that the UPS store was there because it's on the other side of town. read more

I am always purchasing things on Amazon and on occasion things need to be returned. Usually you can take it to the UPS store without being packaged, and they throw your item in a UPS print your label and that's it. Not this store...I was charged $2 bucks just for them to put it in a shipping bag, and very dismissive told me to not get charged you have to pack it yourself. Wow...this is the first UPS store I have been to that charges...even though on Amazon it says and I quote "The UPS Store will pack and ship your return for FREE. Just show the return code we give you at The UPS Store." Apparently this store didn't get the memo...and they lack the basic customer service skills, not pleasant at all. read more

If I could give zero stars... I would. I understand that holiday shipping is quite difficult but the customer service I received was OUTRAGEOUS. I made a phone call prior to going to the store to check delivery times for a few different packages. I was told if I was to come in that afternoon my package would arrive by Friday December 22nd. With this in mind, I made me way to the store immediately to make sure my package would be delivered on this date. When I arrived to the store the same delivery date was given to me. Not as an estimate. Not as a maybe. But as a certainty. I paid almost $100 to have my package sent out and if the clerk has expressed any doubt about the delivery date I would have gladly paid more. Unfortunately the package did not arrive on the 22nd. And the tracking information says Tuesday the 26th. Obviously not pleased with this I decided to call this location to complain. The OWNER of this store was very dismissive to my complaint and very rude. Never in my life have I been treated in such a condescending manner. Zero stars was not an option. My husband and I needed to get a packet of papers notarized for the sale of some property. The first form in the packet was a form for each of us that verified that we were who we say we are. We had to present picture ID then write the driver's license # on the form. The notary REFUSED to notarize that form. A statement at the top said "under penalty of perjury" which scared him. However, he said he could sign and notarize our signature on all the other forms. We went to a different notary who said she had no problem notarizing that form. However, the entire packet has to be notarized by the same person. So I had to pay another notary $55, the same amount I had paid him. I went back to the store to get this amount credited because the packet was invalid and he said the other notary was lying to us. The Title Office confirmed that it needs to be the same notary on all forms. read more

It's true this store charges for every little thing. I used the computer to access and print a return item and although I agree with paying for the paper that's printed, I didn't know I was being charged for using their computer. They charge 20 cents a minute. Beware! It's 20 cents every minute you use their computer! It's on the receipt like mine was greater than 5 minutes quantity 7 = $1.40. I didn't know I was on it for 7 minutes! The best thing to do is print it at your local library. That's free. read more
