I came in with a simple request to figure out where my package was since it was 4 days late despite paying extra for 2-day shipping. She absolutely refused to even look it up because she said I could do that myself then told me to call the same 1-800 number that kept me on hold for over 3 hours without answering. She refused to tell me where the package was located, when I might get it, or why it was late since she wouldn't even be bothered to look it up. She said she doesn't help people with FedEx packages despite wearing a FedEx shirt. I asked why she wouldn't help someone with a FedEx item while working at a FedEx facility and wearing a FedEx staff shirt and she just kept repeating "you aren't listening to me" while continuing to be rude and cut me off and ultimately asking me to leave without even attempting to locate my daughters lost birthday gift. It is worth a trip 20 minutes away to get appropriately treated like a human being and actual help.

Once we had decided what my order needed she gave me an email and asked me to place the order there. My husband and I prefer to support local businesses even if it is slightly more. I asked for a quote. The person who answered the email was Tanya. Her communication was professional and quick. The quote sent back was twice as high as every other quote from large printers online for the same job. That honestly gave us pause. However considering the quality I was seeking and considering that this is a local small business, I authorized the transaction anyway. When I picked my order up, it was actually $10 more than the top quote. $10 on top of an already very high quote was a bit jarring. I paid it, because it was only $10. I'd feel more comfortable going back for other jobs if I was certain quotes would be fully honored. I love my cards. The work was mostly good quality. As expected a few of the cards were not printed well. We ALWAYS order a few extra because EVERY order from anywhere has been the same. Lastly I would say Dottie at the desk was amazing helpful and warm, Tanya was professional and quick, the printing job was on par with rivals and the order was produced very quickly. Stafford Printing is a pricey option for good prints fast and bonus you can support local small business.

I came in Friday and he told me "oh, I couldn't do it" Stunned I asked "Why not?" He explained the way the slides were laid out, he couldn't print them in order. I said, trying to hide my frustration, "I wish you would have called me. I could have adjusted it for you." He replied, " I couldn't find your number. Mind you, he had my email because the content was sent to him via email but whatever. I tried to adjust the layout on the computer in the shop, but while I was trying, he figured it out. That to me meant if he had spent a few minutes trying to figure it out while doing the job, he could have completed the job. Now he assured me I could pick it up on Monday. I called before I got there because they close at 5 and it was 4:30 and I was just getting to the commuter lot. I wanted to make sure he knew I was still coming to pick it up. Good thing I called because when I got there at 4:45, he was just printing it. It was almost like he heard my message and thought, crap I better do that now. When I finished he gave me this poorly laid out book and the whole book is out of order. The last page is the first page. A simple two minute read through or at least comparison with what I provided would have made it obvious this was out of order. Annoyed, but still being too pleasant, I told him it was out of order. He put the pages in order and printed it again. This time it was in order but it just looks stupid. There is a cover image with a blank page right next to it. (See photo) as a professional printer, I would have been embarrassed to present this to a customer. Now I don't have time to get this reprinted and I'm stuck with 5 copies of a book I'm embarrassed to present to anyone.. In all of the errors and communication failures, not once did he apologize or express a single ounce of remorse for this poor service. This job was handled so poorly, I felt disrespected. This UPS Store lost my package and they refused to do anything about it. I dropped the package off…read moreon April 29, 2026, and UPS proper never received it. I went to file a claim and UPS told me that they never received the package. Therefore, I could not file a claim. I then contacted the UPS store and they refused to help me in any way. I then informed them that I would never use them again, and the woman I was speaking to hung up the phone on me. The people at this UPS Store are inept at their job. They have no idea what they're doing, and that's why they lost my package. This is inexcusable, and I filed a complaint with the UPS customer service. Here's an update to my review: Here's how the "Local Business Customer Service" responded to my original review: "This is concerning to hear, Zmoonchild L.. We are forwarding this to the appropriate team right away and will look into this further. Please reach out to us at CustomerRelations@UPSStore.com so we can follow up with you." Here's my response to the "Local Business Customer Service" You are NOT concerned about anything. That's a complete lie. Otherwise, the store wouldn't have hung up the phone on me when I called them. They do NOT care about any of their customers. I did contact CustomerRelations@UPSStore.com. They said that UPS Store 6295 told them that UPS picked up the package. Here is the tracking number 1Z14V49EYW13970738. You can see that UPS never got the package, and that means that UPS Store 6295 lied. UPS also told me that because UPS Store 6295 lost my package I can NOT file a claim, and that's because UPS never received the package. All the "Local Business Customer Service" did was post a copy & paste response to my original review here with the hopes that somehow that would resolve them from their incompetent service. All of this proves that UPS Store 6295 is the worst place to have a package shipped. AVOID THEM!!!!!!!!! UPS Store 6295 lost the package I gave them, and because that I lost $149.00.
