I wish there was a negative star rating cause they would get -5!! I have always used this UPS location to return amazon packages and they have always been friendly but the first time I paid out of pocket for a delivery there service sucked....Whoa! I came in with a small package containing a cell phone and meds on Thursday morning and told Krista that I need to get it sent asap to my girlfriend who is in Tulsa without a phone and her medication. Krista said to it there the next day Friday will cost $75. So I paid and left. The next day nothing. After the weekend on Monday morning with still no arrival so I called Krista and was immediately hung up on because she apparently didn't like my tone. Anyway after calling again she told me next day is not guaranteed. So now its a maybe next day? I mean only after it doesn't show up I get told that its not a sure thing. She said I probably missed the mail pick up as well. I told her I was in at 11:30am on Thursday and she said the mail goes out at 10am. Huh!? Then why did you tell me it would be there next day Friday when I paid!?!? So I called the UPS automated help line and gave them the tracking number. I found out that the UPS store had a third party company called "Mail Innovations" pick up the package and they delivered it to USPS. Once USPS received the package it is a 3 -5 day delivery time. So it was NEVER coming next day. I was overcharged, mislead...and well basically lied to. I called the operations manager "Jordan" to express my concerns and asked for at least a discount and he said his hands are tied. If I want it next day I should have asked for Next Day Air. So now its my job to do there job. Bottom line is I was told it would be there Friday the next day and the way it got sent, that was never going to happen. Steer clear of this place unless you want sketchy service. read more

The owner is very friendly and helpful. I got a P.O. Box here. He spent about 20 mins or so making sure I was happy with box (size location etc) and that I understood the regulations. The day before I had tried opening one at the us post office on union hill. The staff was incredibly rude. Right at 430 when they closed tney still had a couple customers but they refused to help anyone answer questions and yelled at us. Coming here was such a better experience. Not usually one to say something but this place was extremely frustrating to deal with particularly the employees. I came in looking for the flat rate boxes that are listed on their website and upon asking for one informed me that this didn't exist. I proceeded to show krista and Jim, the very rude old man also working at the time, that it was on their website. No matter I still needed to ship my package but they told me that other locations would be best and began to direct me to mesa and Peoria locations. I'm physically standing in their store and they seem to be refusing to ship my package in any form. Krista then said that printing my own label would be the next best option. Implying that I have to drive all the way home to create my own label when I'm standing in store. Not sure what the problem was there but I was not able to ship my package that day and had to make other arrangements. Employees krista and Jim were EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL, beyond frustrating to talk to and seemed to not know what they were talking about when it came to their job. I am happy to be writing this review not specifically for the UPS store but for one of their employees. Zach was there to help me Monday evening at 5:40 when I needed to ship a box off. He told me that it wouldn't make it out that night because the guy was already leaving to go to the hub but he gave me a box and the mailing slip and said "if you promise to come back tomorrow you can take these with you". I'm sure I could've probably gone to any other store to actually mail the package off without paying for it but Zack trusted a stranger that Had never been in the store before to return. That's old world business and this store is better because he is here. They will get ALL of my business from this day on. (And that can be a lot between my personal and business). Give Zach a raise. This UPS store has the best customer service. I attempted to send a fax at 8 am however it didn't go through because the number was busy. The owner then stayed after hours to make sure everyone's fax went through. I know this because mine was accepted at 9:37 pm. There is a UPS store closer to my house but I will always choose this one due to their stellar customer service and dedication. read more

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I went in today to quickly drop off a package, I also had my service dog with me. One of the employees (she said her name is Diana)(HEAVY set Hispanic or Native American woman) but that could be a lie...she said to me "we can't have dogs in here" I said ok, I'm just dropping off a package and she's a service dog. The employee then says to me it doesn't matter we can't have dogs in here. I said well she's a service dog, they're allowed anywhere, she then says "she's a service dog but she doesn't have the vest on" I then proceeded to walk away and she continued to antagonize me by making comments about how my dog isn't really a service dog. I asked her for her managers info, but when I called I believe she provided me with her own number. The employee would not provide me with her superiors information so now I have to go up the ladder. This is unacceptable service and if you have a service dog be cautious with this location and that employee. read more

I have been coming here for 3 years now and yesterday was my last time. You lost me over a .80 cent sale. I have referred many people to this location and sent a big banner purchase that was $400 to them, but no more. There is a new owner, and he is difficult. The first week he was in charge, I witnessed him talking down to customers, rudely ordering employees around and the general feel of the store was very negative. I have been back 8 or 9 times for minimal office things needed and noticed I was paying 2 times more for everything than I was. Yesterday I went in for a simple color copy like I have done many times before. I went to print it off the computer to the color printer, and the color printer said out of paper so it would not print. I alerted the young man working there and he checked all the trays, they all had paper. He tried a couple of things and we could not get the printer to work it still showed out of paper. We then sent to another color printer that had to warm up. I asked if this had been happening with this printer before. He said to me in a sarcastic tone, I don't know sir, everyone who has done that before you had no problems with that printer, and I am sure everyone after you will have no problems. I don't know why you are having problems. As I had told him it usually takes me 10 minutes to print something every time. Today's task took 18 minutes to print one color copy, and I got an attitude. I am not the biggest customer in the pond, but I refer people to stores all the time, and not only did you lose me with this kid's crappy attitude towards me, you lost all of my referrals. MR. Owner, Sir, your attitude rolls down to your employees. If this kid is your son, I understand where this came from, but if this kid is an employee, then He is not to be the one to be talked to. This attitude comes directly from you. You come off condescending, rude, loud, mean, and incredibly insincere. If you cannot fix the attitude, then retail is not the place for you sir. I am but one customer you have lost, but I bet doughnuts to dollars that there are 20 or more that have not taken the time to leave a review. Normally, I would go in and tell you about what I have encountered in your business. But I do not think you would be receptive, given what I have seen before. I had a bad experience with the UPS store I normally use, so I gave this UPS Store a try. My previous experience lead to a returned package because an employee did the incorrect shipping option, despite me clearly stating that the address I was shipping to was only deliverable by UPS specifically (Idaho is weird). Zach and Ashleigh at this UPS store were extremely helpful and were able to explain to me why the package was returned, and then helped me resend the package with the correct shipping so that it would get to its proper destination. I received word about five days after that the package did finally arrive where it was supposed to be. I am a 66 year old senior. Today I was asked by a friend, who is a frequent customer of this UPS Store, to drop off a 6 page document. She said drop it off there and I will pick it up in 20 minutes. So I went to the UPS Store and they refused to take the document, even after their customer called them for permission. It was 1:30PM and over 100 degrees out. They made me stand outside in the hot sun for 20 minutes waiting to deliver the papers to my friend! This business is not senior citizen or customer friendly. read more

I've always used this location to ship packages to my nephews. One of my nephews turned 6 this April. I spent 2 months collecting all the Star Wars Legos and clothes and other items I was sending him. I took everything in, paid for a box it all fit in and paid almost $20 to have it shipped so it would be delivered on his birthday. On the day it was to be delivered I came home from work and checked the tracking of the birthday package so I could figure out skyping with my sister and nephew to see him open his presents. Imagine my shock and surprise to find out the package hadn't even been picked up. To make matters worse when I called the UPS store they told me they still had the shipping label, that never made it on my box of birthday presents, that was now missing from their store. Picked up by someone going somewhere that no one could track. They knew about this error, and yet waited for me to realize the fuck up and call them before They told me what happened. Sure, after several calls to the store (and not one return call from them) I called and filed a formal complaint and the store reimbursed me $88 for the gifts and shipping costs. But now two weeks after my nephews birthday I am still waiting for his replacement gifts to arrive, which have now cost me more to replace than the first time I bought them, and my nephews birthday is long since gone along with the fun of him getting his presents on his birthday. I came into the store a few days ago trying to return a package in a sad looking box. Let me explain, the box I was attempting to use was originally a diy rigged cat shelter for my two cats at home. I cut a large hole in the side of the box so they could squeeze in freely. Since I had no other boxes to use for my return package I attempted to tape the box back together in hopes that it would be durable enough to handle the shipping process. I honestly don't know why I even bothered trying to convince myself that the box was passable because as soon as I walked into the UPS store I was offered a new one free of charge by Zack. All I was being charged for was the labels that I had to print out for my package which came out to be a mere $2. Can't complain. read more

I had to mail an important document within three days, so I opted to spend over $25 for UPS's 2nd-day air service to ensure it would reach the recipient on time. Because the mailing address I provided was a P.O. box, the employee said he would look up the street address. He assured me that the package would reach the destination on time, but when I phoned the recipient 2 days later, they had not seen any sign of my envelope. It turned out that the address the UPS store employee looked up wasn't even in the right zip code, but eventually - and after the deadline, my document reached the recipient. The next day, I tried to phone the UPS store manager (3 times) to ask if anything could be done, but she was unavailable the entire day. I finally got a hold of her the next day, and she told me she would look into it. I hadn't heard back from her in about 4 days, so I tried contacting her again. This time, she thought I was another customer, and when she finally figured out who I was, she said she had put in a claim and would call me back promptly. In the past 2 weeks, I've phoned about a dozen times, and I've only been able to speak with the manager once - for less than a minute. She said she was busy and would need to call me back in 15 minutes. She never called back, so I left her another message at the end of the day. It's been 3 days, and still no communication. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the manager's unprofessionalism and lack of customer service, and i will not be shopping there again. I would have even been satisfied if the manager had contacted me promptly and told me I couldn't be reimbursed. read more
