Always have a postive experience when I stop by the UPS store. Here in town you are limited in options of where to drop off/ship packages so the UPS store is my first choice for my needs. They are the only place in town that will take Amazon returns. They can take care of your printing needs, shipping, notary, packing, copying faxing, shredding and you can get a mailbox here. They sell shipping supplies as well as the cutest greeting cards. They do get busy but the staff moves quickly getting everyone taken care of. Always great customer service. Staff is always helpful when inquiring about shipping costs and ways to ship. Easy location to drop in and get taken care of. Harry (owner/manager?) is so nice and his staff is as well~ read more

Nightmare, I sent an Urgent package to France, paid almost $400 just to discover 2 days later that the y never sent the package, make a claim and I am still waiting for a manager response, I do not recommend this place at all it is very irresponsible starting with the management. read more

I was away from home but needed to ship something before it was too late in day. I found this gem of a store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. The store was clean and even smelled really fresh. (Want that scent for my home haha) My problem was I didn't have any shipping material and didn't know which method to send. The employee named Harry who helped me was a young man , maybe late 20's. Very helpful. He helped me find right size box and even filled it with "peanuts". Was was assured it would arrive on time and price was very reasonable. And...no wait. The the icing on the cake....the Employee Harry who was so helpful, turns out , he is the owner. The owner is very rude. I left my sunglasses by the register and came back the next day to retrieve them. I was told very rudely by the owner that my glasses were never left there. I returned when the young lady who helped me was working. I asked if she knew about the glasses and she said no. Rating is negative four. I was promised by 2 employees that the very time sensitive mail I needed to send to my son in LA would be guaranteed to arrive by Friday. I sent it Wednesday and my son said it didn't get to him until Saturday evening. If you want to save energy and avoid frustration do not go to the sperry Ave store. I called several numbers they asked me to call for refund and I wasted time and more frustrated energy on the company's run around strategies. I bought USPS stamps for my Christmas cards I needed to mail out, as the Post Office line was out the door. I've done numerous returns at this location because it's convenient and close to home. And a few months back, I had a high-value package sent directly to the store and held there. Every time I come in, they are friendly, remember who I am, ask about my day, and offer superb customer service. Usually only one person is working, but I've never waited more than a couple of minutes. (And they never grumble if I have seven or eight returns at once or if I request a receipt!) Very good service and prices. Manager is a blessing to work with along with their employees. And I really don't have to ask to many questions about prices because there visible in the store. Just sometimes there is a line because customers go in there oblivious on how to do anything so they waste my time as I have to wait for them and there million questions that a common sense person would have the answer to. Each situation that I have been involved in was resolved by the young people at the UPS store. It feels like your own personal assistant. I have an adult autistic daughter, she is always with me. They were rude and acted like they own the place I I just wanted to scan very important documents and was waiting up until I asked the rep if anyone can just be at the computer surfing the web. I would give 10 stars if Yelp had 10-star ratings. 5 Star for this place for now. The owner is super courteous and polite. I was in for something that cost very less, getting a photocopy, and yet I was treated with the same respect as if I was spending a lot of money. They were really efficient and I barely had to wait. Right from the moment I entered, I had this good feeling about the place. The store was nice and clean and I was greeted by a wonderful lady. That just made my day. I had forgotten my mask in the car but they didn't give me a hard time about it & requested me politely if I could go and get it from the car, which I did. For Amazon returns, the tracking number they provide to you on the drop off receipt is useless. They batch send their returns and you have no way to confirm that they actually shipped the item you brought in. They do not have or provide a new tracking number for the large batch return so you cannot track the return transit. Therefore, there is no real assurance that your item ever shipped,was lost or maybe they kept it?! I was rudely told by the owner to simply call amazon and that if I have a drop off receipt I'm "off the hook" and gauranteed a refund. This is incorrect and I educated the so called manager. Amazon refunds your account before they receive the item. If they never receive it, they charge your account basically revoking the refund. This item was dropped off 3 weeks ago. Seems they have an easy way to also be "off the hook" for accountability on the services they provide. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Rude and unhelpful and argumentative. I tried to drop off an Amazon return with this store. The store refused to take the return. The return was a set of car tires, which were shipped to me without boxes. Store insisted that I pay for them to box up the car tires for shipment, because UPS will not accept unboxed packages. That is really odd considering they have sent me 3 sets of tires within the last month all without boxes. Luckily Amazon customer service saved the day and sent UPS to my house to take the return, without boxes. Avoid these liars, they will try and sell you things you don't need. read more

I would not recommend shipping your package through the UPS store in Patterson, CA. The staff is a bunch of thieves. I have dropped off two packages and when I track it the status always shows "Label Created" but it never ships out. Also, both receipts have shown a Sunday date and time which isn't possible since they're closed on Sunday's. read more

Great service and the staff is very helpful. I went in to return a car canopy tent that was oversized and did not fit in their biggest box. The employer went the extra mile and helped me get in contact with the seller and get 2 separate shipping labels and also helped fit everything inside the boxes. Had to stay about 30 minutes after closing but the employee did not mind and ensured everything was finished before leaving. Best service I've ever received at any ups or fedex store, will definitely return. read more
