Upon entering, I felt a bit anxious returning such a big machine. Worried I was not going to be able to return it or worried I was going to be given a hard time. Boy was I wrong! Upon entering, there was a line but it moved quickly. Once it was my turn, I was met with a professional and pleasant "hello, I can help you here". They'll let you know the pick up times for UPS, USPS (think priority flat rate boxes), etc. so if you record the times in your contacts you can be sure to get your boxes out timely. Got to the counter and the gentleman asked what kind of service I wanted I told him need to xerox couple of papers . He came with me to the copier machine and he set up everything for me . So easy I finished thereafter than brought my finished papers to the counter he charged me .45 cents .
