While I was there and waited for someone to serve me, they tool awhile because they had lost a customer's order and couldn't find it in their shop. When I told him I just need the copies, he insisted on stalking them and couldn't be convinced just to give me the copies. He wanted to do the entire job himself, and did it anyway despite my insisting I wanted to put the project together myself. Then he charged me 4 times the first time he said my book would cost. He also took a very long time and made several mistakes before he finally got it right. I asked to use the copy machine when I first walked in and he ignored me to look for the customer's lost order. They still hadn't found it when I left an hour and a half later without what I asked for. ​ A day after posting this review I got a phone call from aloha graphics. I did not give my phone number to them. Why did he call me? How did he get my phone number? That is to put me on notice that they read this review and are letting me know they can find me wherever I am. Be aware, this is not your ordinary businessman. These guys go above and beyond. I had to call the police to report stalking by this company as by law I can leave a review to warn others about this company. I will not be intimidated by anyone!

Itʻs helpful to have them in the neighborhood for large prints after FedEx has left the area. They were even nice enough to comp me some additional printouts for a separate project. They could do black and white printouts on thick colored cardstock paper and also some great color printouts on white paper. It sounds like now they specialize in larger print jobs and large color prints, so worth it to give them a call for quotes for what you need from your next print job.

Rhoda is my go to. Initially, I wasn't familiar with how to set up some of the PDF's but I was able to ask Rhoda for help. She always took the time to respond and sometimes even answered the same question twice because this was my first time doing this type and size of project and it had to be done right. Honblue is fast and efficient and responsive to emails, calls, and questions. They are very professional and I feel they are a big part of the success of my projects which have included simple prints, blue prints, prints on PVC and prints on ACM. Each member of their team has been has taken time to listen to and respond to my questions. I am very grateful for their service and will continue to use them. Highly recommend.

Positives: -The printing color and quality were excellent (exactly the same colors as my original Canva design) -The price was fair: $100 for 70 cards on thick 130-pound stock paper -Turnaround was within 2-3 working days (faster than if I had used Minted/Shutterfly again) -The website allows you to place orders online for various types of jobs like posters, menus and postcards -Website also has detailed instructions on how to save your work using specific programs like Adobe or Canva -Every staff member I worked with was very friendly (Nick and Sundra were the 2 names I remember but there were more) -Parking is conveniently located next to the building in a small gated lot (it's easy to miss; it's on the right side, immediately after Golden Duck restaurant) -The front door is usually locked for security, so ring the buzzer or knock One negative: Completed jobs and their attached order slips were stacked on the front counter for other customers to see. I noticed the same thing, too, at another local printing shop in Kaimuki. I get the lack of storage space. But leaving the work on the front counter reveals customers' home addresses, phone numbers, emails---right next to holiday photos of families and their kids!
