I had an exceptional experience at this UPS Store. I was dealing with a frustrating situation where Amazon sent me the wrong shipping label, and I truly don't know what I would have done without Fabian, the store manager. He was incredibly patient as we worked through the issue step by step, never once making me feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience, even though it took almost two hours. In fact, he stayed after hours to make sure we found a solution. What impressed me most is that he was the one who ultimately figured out how to resolve the problem. Fabian's professionalism, kindness, and genuine commitment to customer service were above and beyond. I left feeling so grateful and relieved. This location has absolutely earned my 5 stars, and I won't hesitate to return. read more

I'm at the UPS Store almost weekly, and the UPS store which I mostly go to is at the Manoa Marketplace Shopping Center. Whenever I walk into the UPS Manoa store, the folks at the store recognize me & always greet me like - "Norm on the T.V. show Cheers" whenever I walk through that door. On my most recent UPS adventures, I was actually planning on going to my usual Moana store, but I got stuck in the late afterwork traffic. Since I was stuck in traffic, I knew I wouldn't be able to get to the UPS Manoa store before the store closing time of 6:00 pm. What to do??? I opened up my Yelp app. and did a quick search of UPS Store locations, and that's how I found this UPS Store in the Kaka'ako neighborhood. Located just across the street (mauka) from the H-Mart supermarket in Kaka'ako, just head into a private parking structure just off of Keawe Street. Parking is free, so no need for any validation. Upon finding the store, I walked in just before the closing time and the helpful clerk promptly processed my box. What a wonderful experience! If I'm working in the area, and need to ship off something, this store in the Kaka'ako neighborhood is another great option! read more

Certain staff were initially condescending and standoffish but that was remedied by another staff member.

I was mailing two packages. one was shipped and received within a week. The other, unbeknownst to me was sent through USPS by the clerk. that package was lost. when I returned to the store to inquire about its location, I was told it was shipped through the mail and they didn't have control over that. I was asked to provide my phone number and the manager would contact me about refunding my shipping fee. The next evening I received a call. I was told I would be refunded my shipping fees. Then the person on the call asked me why I said so many mean things about him and that he didn't appreciate it. I was stunned as I hadn't expressed anger or opinions about any person. i had indicated that I was disappointed that my package was lost because it was a gift I had put a lot of thought and effort into sending. I feel my experience was very unprofessionally handled and as a result, very poor customer service. I have been a loyal customer to UPS and have spent thousands of dollars shipping things all over the world. I am less concerned about the lost package and more concerned about how badly I was treated in this situatio. read more

I was given shipping labels by my company to use to ship some items out that contained batteries. This isn't the first time I did this at any UPS store as I've done this often. He told me I was unable to ship my items since they have batteries. I understand they have policies that they need to follow, but I felt that he could've handled the situation a little more nicely. If I could give no star at all I totally would. First time coming to this UPS location, walked in and no greetings at all. The whole drop off was silent. Which is okay, I just thought the dude just didnt want to work on Sunday. As we were walking out he dropped my box pretty hard that I had to look back. Horrible costumer service. This long black-haired man gave me horrible attitude the second I walked through the door. He told me "I already closed all the computer systems down, I don't want to help you", can you believe it? He was so rude and I was still polite to him. Mind you, It wasn't even closing time yet! read more

I specifically asked the manager several times about the cost to m ake 24 black and white 8.5x11 inch copies. I had a $10 bill and he wanted me to buy a fedex card for the $10. I repeatedly told him again what i wanted. He charged me $6.04. I used the card and made only 13 black and white copies. The machine said i could not make more because of in sufficient balance. The manager has been there for some time. He is not nice, nor cares about customer service. No help, no refund. The site says that the "fedex nane us synonymous with integrity and reliability...with the highest standard of business and personal ethics in everything we do..." funny that they hab e a "code of ethics" when the manager refused to help and could not care less. Do not go here. I thought 24 cents for a b/w 8.5x11 copy I s higher than most places, but it was double the price, and the card was worthless, as the service and attitude of the manager. Bah, humbug! I want to specifically call out Kawai and his service. Kawai was very helpful and truly understands what a good customer experience should be. I appreciate the staff here and this will be my preferred location over all the other UPS stores. I had a rather odd shaped item to ship out, Kawai took the time to explain everything before finalizing the sale. We need more customer service individuals like him. read more

Friendly & reliable service. They accept Amazon returns, which is so helpful and much more convenient than having to drive to Whole Foods.

They pretty much can do anything! Kevin is awesome and the staff is very helpful. I just go in and say "Can you help me with....." and so far the answer has always been "YES" I'm so glad they ate located right across Down to Earth, my other favorite store. read more

If so, this store's franchisee and staff have improved my perception of UPS - they make it easy to ship a package which you'd think is the goal - a goal certainly not met by any of the FedEx stores on-island -- avoid their Queen St and Kaneohe locations -- just bring your business to this UPS store. read more

It's the ups store. If you've honestly never used it before that would be surprising. It's convenient if you do e commerce and need to send things next or 2 day air. They're reliable where as what they say they will do they do. I sent watches next day air and it was there. read more

I was just in this store this afternoon to drop off an Amazon return. I have been in this store before, and the employees have always been professional and nice. NOT TODAY The young male worker had really odd behavior. I went to hand this employee my return, he had a plastic bag and I was going to place it in the bag. he says unnecessarily to me, "I don't want to touch it!" I look over at the female worker that's standing right next to him and she's just smirking like a jerk. I just really don't understand their behavior. I really don't know why he had to be a jerk about it. I really don't understand why he had to make the customer feel bad. It wasn't like I was returning something dirty or disgusting or anything. I had a plastic sealed bag with dog toys in it. It was literally two plastic toy balls. It was not dirty, it was not soiled so I really don't understand their reaction. his reaction was totally unnecessary, he could have just held the bag open and I could have just dropped it in there. Kevin went above and beyond with his customer service. I have 2 service dogs and both wrists and arms had experience an injury cannot carry the heavy big box I had. Kevin was so polite to come outside as I waited in the loading zone and accommodated me by gathering the heavy Amazon returns and he scanned them inside for me. He was so helpful. This place is a ripoff. I had an Amazon return box. I needed 6in. of tape to close my box and attach the return label. They wanted to charge me $2.00 for the 6in. Of ta tape that I needed. They were already making money for the shipment and they still want to rip you off for a little bit of tape. I said this was a ripoff and left. I then told all my friends this story. read more

I'm so glad that I found this treasure! It's so convenient for me, with my work just a block away. The staff at this location is super helpful and friendly, and worked well together. I went in to take passport photos and they were able to accommodate me (even without having made an appointment ahead of time). The whole process was quick and efficient - I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Just to be safe, they gave me validation for parking in the attached structure so my parking would be free. Unfortunately, because I didn't look over my passport photos with a discerning eye before leaving, and because the requirements for using the photos for my passport are so strict, I needed to take my photos again. When I went back, not only did the staff remember me, but they worked with me to get my photos just right with no shadows in the photo, the right size, etc. And to top it off, they didn't charge me for retaking my photos! They are the best and I will definitely be patronizing their store again in the future! They offer a wide-range of products (for people and for pets too!), are much easier for Amazon returns than going to Whole Foods, and even provide notary services too! I almost don't want to share this review with everyone because I want to keep this amazing place to myself! read more
