Fast, efficient, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Prefer this one stop shop to the local post office!

i sent a international package. was told they could do it no problem. i paid a lot of money. they jacked it up. and three weeks of stress and tears, it finally made it but the label wasn't clear. they charged a ridiculous amount for something they shouldn't have done and then completely blew me off when i was trying to find my package it took 3 days for them to tell me it was sent to the post office and then shipped. i paid to have it delivered quicker than standard. i was told 3-5 days. it was 3 weeks. and again. zero care or apology. no offer to refund some of the money. it was 6 times what the post office would've charged for them to send it anyways. i tried to go to corporate just to reimburse the difference and got nowhere. the owner of this store blew it off and didn't care. it's shitty customer service. and i was using them for my personal and work stuff but not anymore. read more

The employees here are ROCK STARS! They are quick, friendly and judgment free. I'm probably there once a week and they make each visit very pleasant. Thank you all for ALL you do! read more

Quick and easy printing, just like I like it. The staff were really nice despite being line-out-the-door busy. I also like that they put the E-mail fee price right above the register to keep everyone informed quickly. Voter Registration App printed and out the door in a minutes time. read more

The gentleman helping me print was kind, generous, so helpful! May the Lord bless you today Sir!

My husband ordered a new phone because his was acting up. I missed the delivery because I was in the shower. In order to not miss the delivery again, we decided to have it delivered to this store. This was not a smart decision. After waiting through a holiday weekend, I went on Tuesday after getting an email from UPS saying that my package was available for pick up. I showed the email, tracking slip and my ID. The employee would not release it because they had not processed it yet. Went back the next day with the same documentation. Again, they would not release it because my name wasn't on that package. However the email that I received said, "An officially recognized form of ID will be required when retrieving your package. If you are picking up the package and are not the addressee, you will also be required to provide the tracking number." I had all of these things. I will go out of my way not to use this location. read more

I would give no star if I could! Horrible customer service! I was informed they do not ship the items I wanted to ship. I told her my husband has shipped such items before. The girl then accused my husband of not telling the truth of what was in a package! I told her my husband does not lie, you probably did not ask him what was in the package! It's your right to have a policy for shipping, I respect that! What I do not respect or appreciate is when you call my husband a liar. HORRIBLE! read more

Beyond ridiculous. I had just gotten off from work & made my way here. I did come a couple minutes before closing due to an accident on the way here but when I walked to the door it was already locked & everything boarded up. The woman I did somehow see inside through the door basically ignored me when I only wanted to drop off a package. read more

NEVER EVER AGAIN. So, if you drop off 2 identical boxes to ship to the same destination. Pay over $25 to ship each one and UPS damages and breaks the items inside one...they ship it back to the store because the item was crushed in transit...there is nothing that can be done. No refund for shipping. No replacement value of items inside. NOTHING. Their "internal investigation" says the item was improperly boxed and therefore they will assume no fault. But, I can re-box and try again for another $25...no guarantee the same thing won't happen again. Absolute joke. Skip this place and the UPS, save yourself the hassle. Going to US Postal Service from now on. read more

I have had a PO Box at this UPS Store for about a year now. I walk in there about once a week and I've always been greeted with a smile and a pleasant conversation. Also, There have been a few times that I've had to mail something and they do that quickly, give me my options (first class, regular...etc) with how much it'll cost, give their recommendations and make it a nice experience. Now, I've always used the "proper" post office for packages...but after the last time I walked into the Kyle Post Office and had a horrendous experience, I'm happy to use the more convenient UPS Store. Another thing the UPS Store offers is printing. A few months ago I needed to print fliers for my church and when I walked in to get my mail I asked how much it would be... the price was right, but I didn't have them with me, the lady gave me an email address and told me just to email them to her with the quantity and they'd be ready by the time I drove back. They made ordering 100 fliers as easy as buying a stamp. They also did the job right and cut the fliers into 4 for me. Yeah.. I'm a fan. read more

Nicely laid out store very friendly and helpful staff dont know if the price compires with the other *govt agency store * but its more conveniant for me. read more

I would like to thank the gentleman at The UPS Store that cheated my son out of $19 today. I should be to blame for suggesting this location to ship out of. I worked for another location for several years and would have never suggested UPS ground for a padded envelope that small, USPS should have been offed, so I assumed that another location would do the same. My son did return only a few minutes after just leaving the store to get it changed. So instead of just getting it fixed the gentleman blamed my son for not asking for USPS and then stated the truck had just left and there was nothing that he could do. I guess I will just call it lesson learned and will use another option for shipping in the future. read more

I would have given them a 5-star review with great customer service until this week. With staff changes, the customer service is no longer there. I had a box for about 4 years and a member of the staff would reach out when the dues for the box were coming up. I paid twice a year but I work, I am in school, I have a side hustle and I relied on the fantastic customer service until now. My box was canceled and after I called to pay, it was too late. I had missed the correct day to renew. Then I had to pay 5.00 per box for my shipment that was routed to my box instead of my home. Instead of reapplying and paying another non-refundable fee, I opened a box at the post office with an auto-renewal and a website where I can pay online, buy stamps and other services online, and I can receive emails. This is foreign to the UPS store to have an online portal and email exchanges. What I found sad was "we didn't have your email." But I asked about email after I opened the box and auto-draft renewals-both were not offered. The owner does not make a good profit on this business, we looked into owning a UPS store and decided against it. But what made this store great is the people who work there and are customer-focused. The owner is not or his operating procedures for training would be different in the treatment and technological set up for the customer, not the small profit margin. And I do not think the owner will even bother with reviews since customers are not his priority-just the small profit margin. read more

this company is fine for domestic...but for international, be warned! Two different shipments, three weeks apart..one to Philippines, one to China...both using a code provided by each client for prepaid UPS international...both times the shipments never got off the ground... they stalled at intermediary locations...the reason...illegible account number...total nonsense, the guy working the computer wrote the numbers in, both times...they clearly have NO idea how to ship internationally...only way to contact is via phone...45 minute wait to be told they have no idea whats going on domestic is fine....no issue international...think FED EX read more

I use this UPS location quite a bit, they're always great, but yesterday Evie truly helped me out in a big way! I was thoroughly impressed with her willingness to help and her terrific attitude!! I had 150 lbs of random sized things to be mailed off, could not find boxes anywhere, they didn't have that size to buy, but for a nominal price she took everything to the back, got creative with boxes and packed this stuff up like a true champ, one box weighed 86 lbs!!! And in under 30 minutes.. wow!!! It was double boxed and taped up professionally... there was only the charge for the boxes because I had labels! Evie was fantastic, and the epitome of superb customer service! Thanks for saving me! read more

Don Delaney is the "owner" of this location that will penalize you for his personal ignorance in technology. Don Delaney habitually sends out renewal notices after the fact, then tries to charge you $35 late fee, keep in mind 3 months rent is $60, for his errors. This happened at minimum 6-7 times, most of which I caught before, but this time, Don Delaney sent his renewal notification for 06/01 on 06/09. When I called to resolve the matter, Don Delaney refused to rectify his SCAM, hung up on me, cancelled my business address w/o consent or reason, & cowers instead of answering his phone to release my mail or provide forwarding information for MY BUSINESS, that he apparently doesn't mind impacting. Most horrible type of person...do not do business w/this UPS store. The "owner" Don Delaney, is a fraud & scammer. read more

Outstanding service! Evie (sp) went the extra mile to record the tracking number for my package.

I arrived at this to drop off a printed label return and have to wait In line just to drop off. Heck, another UPS store location at Wm Cannon and Mopac has a box with a sign of a drop off. Don't have to wait In line. You need to have a box in your store for a dropoff. read more

Third time is a charm. 1st time I visited this store the cashier was so incredibly rude I couldn't hardly see straight when I left. 2nd time was your normal interaction, nothing good nor bad. But this third time, I brought in two heavy packages. Both weighing about 80 pounds. I was told to take them to the main hub next time because "we don't want these here" So as long as you've got very light weight packages for this elderly, rude couple to handle, don't bother paying the exorbitant price. Do take your business elsewhere. read more

Worst place to ship ever! They give UPS a bad name. Walked in with heavy items to ship, informed the guy at the front, Erick, that one of my boxes broke and an item had fallen out and hit my foot. Erick did not bother to assist. Asked if I could tape my box while waiting on shipping information and he said and I quote: "If I tape your box and you don't ship with me then I just taped your box... you know what I am sayin..." super unprofessional. It did not stop at that. I called the Owner and his concern was "Where did you get my number" I informed him that business, as a business owner myself, as all public. Then he defended Eric, his store manager and told me that they spend $80.00 per month on TAPE... Are you kidding me?? you gross over $180,000.00 per year on a shipping store and that's the best reason why your guy was super rude and disrespectful? Anyways... I went on a few miles down the road to another UPS store, I asked to have my package taped, no questions asked. then I learned that my shipping charges were $13.95 less than the other UPS store shipping UPS, same address same method!!! Thank you Eric for the way you treated a disabled veteran at your store especially after I showed you my ID. Terrible business, terrible management and a worse owner. read more

I use this store often and always received great service! Recently my 77-year-old Father moved here and had to close on a home in another state. Since coming here several times over the past couple of years I have decided the business deserves no less than a 5-star review by me after initially rating it 4/5. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I just go in to drop off packages with preprinted labels but I have noticed how well the treat other customers, they also keep a very clean and organized store. Their manager always seems like a nice gentleman as well. Good job UPS Store. read more

This is the WORST UPS Store I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's convenient to my office so I'm stuck with it. The woman that seems to always be there is extremely rude and unhelpful. And if a question strays to anything outside the realm of UPS she just throws her hands in the air and says "I don't know" and gives up. It also seems that regular customers get special treatment (using tape, printing for free, etc.) while if you are not recognized you are treated like a second class citizen. Avoid this location at all costs! read more
