There was no one in the store. The people working behind the desk were no rush to be getting anyone's orders ready if they're that far behind. I offered to do it by myself, and they proceeded to tell me after I had paid for the self printing that what I was requesting, could not be done on the printers that I was paying for.

Let's just say it would be good to implement some customer service training. I have encountered several different employees for various reasons -- FedEx, print, copy etc. The responses are rude and inconsiderate as if YOU are bothering THEM at work. you can also forget about inquiring about turn times or approximate completion because the only answer you will get is "not-sure" or nope.

Pictures were viewed on multiple monitors and devices and the photo didn't have that coloring on any, so definitely has to do with the printer itself. The copies I got were also cut unevenly. One side was chopped off super short so nothing looks centered in the postcard. Gets 2 stars because the pick up process was painless.

These guys made me feel like I was their only customer, I never felt rushed or like I was interrupting anything. I received the same level of customer serivce when I placed an order for $1,000 as I did for $150 order.
