So this UPS store has decided not to take drop offs when you don't need a receipt!…read more I suggest the owner create a dropbox somewhere that people could just leave packages with a label on it ready to go back to the vendor so they don't have to wait in line! The lines in this place are ridiculous. !!!! I understand if you need a receipt or you're coming in and you need a box. Etc.. But people who just want to drop off already labeled and ready to go should not have to wait in their ridiculous lines! I would say you're not doing your Customers good service! People are busy and don't always have time to wait in a line for something they don't need a receipt for shipping an already label tracked item!
