Usually always nice and helpful. Today Tues 7/23 Young lady dark hair in pony tail..no name tag. Very rude and inpatient with me and mouthed off...so sorry she had to work 2 min. read more

Staff were super friendly! They were busy but I was in and out in under 10 minutes. When I was seen the lady behind the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable. read more

So far they have done an excellent job, with the delivery and packages have arrived unharmed.

Says specifically does not need to be in original packaging to be returned, but they want to try and sell me a fucking box They won't ship it if not in a box so buy a box even though it doesn't have to have a box to ship it's not like I'm trying to send soup read more

All I can say about this location is 'wow'. I am so happy that I have a box here and that I've done business here for nearly 5 years. The people that work here have always been amazing and know exactly what I want even before I do. Leandra, Brandon and Kai are always there with a smile and happy attitudes! Then there is Billie. I cannot say enough good things about her as well. Again, she's always there with a smile and a kind word, but also she and her crew are always there, making me feel like a family member, and not just a customer. I sincerely hope that I did not miss anyone in my praise. If I did I apologize and will update this soon. read more

Kai was great! He was really knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in he immediately greeted me with a warm smile and actually saved .e so e money. I really appreciate that! read more

Billie and Jennifer were so helpful and patient with me! I appreciate their kindness so much. They went out of their way to help me with my shipping situation. Thank you so much ladies!! It means a lot. read more

The woman acted like she was upset that she actually had to talk to us much less help us. Mind you, both packages already had the labels and were prepaid. Didn't greet us when we walked in or acknowledge our thank you when we left. The only reason it got two stars instead of one is because the location is convenient. read more

I use this UPS location frequently. The associates are always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I've done everything from renting a mailbox, copies made, most frequently shipping services. read more

Amazing Customer service by Alysse.very helpful and friendly good way to start the morning.

Kai was super helpful with my Amazon package! Even taped it close for me. Quick and easy. Wish their parking lot was a smidge bigger

We love our local UPS stores! We always have the best service with super friendly smiles! Anytime of day that I've been at any of the New Braunfels UPS stores I'm always greeted and quickly served, even in high traffic times. I'm a big Amazon shopper, and sometimes I'm given the "absolute joy" of returning my adult children's Amazon purchases . I'm always greeted with the same smile! Johnny and ALL OF THE TEAM MEMBERS working with him always seem happy and enjoy being at work. During this time, it's always nice to see happy people having fun working. Thank you UPS store(s) for employing A Great Awesome Staff!! read more

This is my favorite UPS store and I use several all over the state. They are helpful and courteous - always willing to help out. I appreciate their safety measures and don't mind a brief wait - if there ever is one! Thanks! read more

Kai was very helpful and patient with me on my Amazon return!

I had to bring in equipment from AT&T and I was helped by Jean. She is such a sweetheart! She was assisting another customer and made eye contact with me and told me someone would help me shortly. When I got to the counter, she held a conversation with me the whole time. Very personable! Both ladies were very nice and helpful. I don't know the other lady's name. I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs to ship out anything! Thanks Jean for making my experience a quick pleasant one! read more

I stop by the ups store today to get some color copy ,the service was great ,I was in and out in few minute great customer service ,I was disappointed with other ups store but now I find the one to go to read more

Won't be back. They will gladly take your money to ship a package but will not stand by their service. I paid extra to get an important packaged delivered on a particular date. Their system stated the zip code had changed to the shipping address. I stood there and called the receiver and they confirmed the new zip that this UPS stores system had. Package was not delivered on time (actually 2 days late) and their claim is that I changed the zip code. That I did. I did not. I went with this stores suggested shipping info. I asked for the amount only that I paid extra for to get the package there by that date. They will not take ownership of their services but will surely take and keep your money. read more

This place takes COVID very seriously which is good ... but employee Sara does not understand customer service. At all. I would suggest going elsewhere for Notary services. read more

I only go here whenever I need to fax or ship something. You can also do bulk shredding (I think its $1.00 per lb.). I have never had to wait in line because they always have plenty of staff. I always see them helping people on the floor and they always say hi and smile when you walk through the door! read more

Manager was rude and lacked customer service. I walked into mail a package and started discussing the account number that I needed to use. Before I could even finish I was informed I cannot use that account number because it was somebody else's. I told her that the Account was provided by AT&T to ship back a modem. We had to go back-and-forth a couple times before she understood that I need to finish my sentence. Don't have time to play where games just want to mail a package left find another UPS store read more

The staff was really nice, took care of everything for me and it didn't cost me for their assistance.

Jean was incredibly helpful in helping me get my package in a timely manner. Jean and her colleague went above and beyond in customer service. Thank you Jean!!! read more
