I took my MacBook Pro in to have it looked at by this shop because my trackpad and keyboard were not functioning properly at all. Then the technician states that it might be due to water damage. I was a bit surprised since the laptop had never in its life even been near any type of liquid coffee is what caused it he told me. I don't drink coffee so I then asked him to reassemble it and I would get a second opinion that he shouldn't order anything and I would just worry about it later by some leading of the Holy Spirit I went to the Apple Store and the technician there got it working and handed my computer back to me fully functioning apparently somebody disconnected everything even the power supply and webcam were disconnected so they just hooked it back up and it's been fine ever since. Truth be told this shop is not going to ever get anything else from me I'm so glad I got that second opinion. Stay away folks I'm not sure if it experience that led to that diagnostic mistake but who knows!?!?! read more

Dropped off my pc to be fixed and he made me pay immediately for repair it's now been over a week and I can't seem to get my laptop. The owner is never here at work and doesn't answer phone calls. I do not recommend this place at all I should have made the drive to the mall instead. Only chose him cause he is Apple authorized service provider. read more

I took in an iPad and was told it needed to be sent to Apple for repair. I called a week later to check on the status and was told my iPad was still there waiting to be picked up by FedEx, they did not know why FedEx hadn't come by to pick up the packages they had, but would take it to FedEx that same day. Had I not called I don't know how long they would have let packages just sit there. read more

I needed warranty repair work on my iPad, and Mobile Kangaroo is an authorized service provider. So, I made an appointment online for a very specific time at the Schertz, Texas location. I live in the country, so I drove almost 30 miles to get there. Arriving a few minutes early, I found the doors locked and an text from Jeremy, sent 20 minutes earlier, telling me he had an appointment and "will possibly be back" 2 hours later. Wait! I had an appointment! And they might "possibly" be back in 2 hours. What the heck? This branch doesn't take phone calls, so you have to text them. So, I responded to the text asking several questions about when I could expect to get in, hoping for a specific time. But never the courtesy of a reply. Despite repeated texts to Jeremy, no reply until 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time. Then, no apology, just an "oh well." In retrospect, I realize I should never trust my technology repairs to someone this irresponsible and rude. I went to Best Buy, got right in, and had the problem addressed. I won't ever waste time again on Mobile Kangaroo. read more
