Excellent work done here! I paid over $300 for the OE screen. I could have opted for a cheaper screen at half the cost which I had done prior at another vendor. Huge mistake! Mr.phone fix did great work & they were quick about it too. The tech even brought me my phone, turned it on and tested it to give me piece of mind. Highly recommended to fix your phone! read more

Shout out to Dylan for great service and a friendly welcoming and Antonio for the repair which transformed my damage (it was ran over) S24+ to looking brand new! The pricing is competitive and i will be for sures making this the go to place for electronic repairs. They were fast and its neat that they are next to the mall so you can walk around or go across the street to starbucks while you wait. They took maybe at most 50 mins for my repair. read more

Very happy with the service and professionalism of this location. Fixed our issue quickly and confidently. Thank you

Do not come here they will fix your phone just to have something else they broke and you'll have to pay again don't come here

Terrible. Don't go here. I brought my phone in on September 6th to have the screen fixed due to minor cracks. When I went to pick it up, I was advised to get my battery replaced as well. I agreed, so I had both services done and also purchased a protective case. On October 26th, my screen started detaching from the phone on one side, and I could actually see the inside of my device. I decided to bring it back to the shop since I had just gotten a new battery last month, and I hadn't dropped or damaged it. They told me the battery was "swelling" again because I "charge my phone too much." Mind you, my phone is rarely even charged to full. I left today without my phone being properly fixed--and it's actually in worse condition now. The screen was lifted again to check the battery but wasn't even glued back down. My phone got worse every single time I went to this shop. read more

Requested quotes on Yelp and received 2 responses. Chose Mr. Phone fix, and I'm glad I did. John is the person who reaches out to you with his friendly, knowledgeable information. He greeted me upon arrival to the store, promptly took care of me, and David, the technician, quickly started working on my screen replacement. They carry cases for all kinds of phones, watch bands, including bling type, and camera lens protectors, too. I love my Airpod bling case as well as my watch cases. Prices are reasonable. They repaired my phone in about an hour and a half and put a uv screen protector. I left the store, and as the night went on, my phone wasn't responding to my face or finger ID. I called John first thing in the am, and he instructed me to bring it back in. I took it to David and he troubleshot it and repaired the phone.. great service, lots of phone case choices as well as AirPod cases. Bling Apple Watch bands as well. Sitting area is comfortable and has a coffee machine. Best service and very efficient. read more

I fully recommend Mr. phone fix! I contacted him through yelp late at night about an inquiry on fixing my son's iPad screen, and he immediately responded and we scheduled for the following morning. He fixed the screen in just a couple of hours & informed me of the issue to why the screen cracked while inside the case to begin with. He recommended a screen protector that would be safer to have on there, rather than the plastic screen cover it had previously. If I ever have any other issues with any of my devices, I'll be coming back to him for sure! read more

I have cruising San Pedro for cell repairs but the shops all look so grumgy and not place to sit and price gouge or do shoddy work. I found Mr. Phone Fix today and took in two phones and a tablet. I had bought new battery for one phone and had Memory cards to install in a phone and tablet. This is a family run shop and I believe they have a second location. The gentleman at the counter who helped me has been in the business for 25 yrs. I watched him take care of other customers more desperate than I as I sat in a comfy chair. What he could not answer his relative in the extended repair in the back could. I took 6 business cards to pass to my friends and neighbors who are all "Seniors" with limited knowledge even of their devices of some years. My front desk service person did not want to charge me a dime as I had come in with my own parts from Amazon and he spent 20 minutes with me. I left them some $ for their petty cash or to help someone else who can ill afford their services which are vital communication for everyone, even if just to make a 9-1-1 call. Smittie read more

The gentlemen there were really helpful and I greatly appreciated it! I came in a bit late near closing time with a broken front screen/back screen and the guys there were still able to help me out and get it done that day. The price was very reasonable and I would 100% go back there again. read more

Same day service, fair pricing and professional staff. Would recommend. Thank you Mr Phone Fix my phone is like new!!

Mr. Phone Fix has been a godsend for me. I had an aged iPad that had been declared DOA --unfixable --by a number of repair shops. I posted an inquiry on Yelp as a last resort. Five of the respondents said they couldn't fix it; Mr. Phone Fix not only said they could do it --the estimated cost was amazingly low. The repair was competed in two days. My iPad is like new --they found that the battery needed to be replaced as well --so I am ecstatic with the results. Thanks, John, and anyone else who was involved. I'll be a customer from now on! read more

He fixed it super fast, and now it's like a brand new phone. I hope I won't need another cracked screen fix, but if I do, I'll definitely come back. read more
