My sales person was a very sweet young lady shot out to Mercedes. She made sure she took care of business from hospitality all the way down to the phone repair even sold me some phones. I have been going to see Devon for over 5 years or more, and I don't leave reviews and just scrolling I saw a bunch of negativity on here and false statements, Devon has positive and determined work ethics, he's a hard worker and puts a lot of love into his work with compassion . In this world we will never make everyone happy and those whom we cannot make happy it's due to their incompetence of not knowing how Celluar services work, I've witnessed people going into his store asking to jail-break a stolen iPhone which he will not entertain, he will not lose his business over $200 that's just insane so people get angry, Devon is a reputable stand up Family Man and I've had a few issues with some devices BUT HE WILL ALWAYS MAKE THINGS RIGHT.
