ORIGINAL (07APR2023): Quick, effective, and affordable iPhone repair. Also friendly service. I have an iPhoneX and the facial recognition feature went out because dust collecting behind the glass. They took it apart and cleaned the inside in about 3 minutes. They then tried not to charge me for their service!!! I insisted and they took my payment... now I can use my 5 year old phone for another 5 years EDIT/UPDATE (07MAY2023): They put the phone back together incorrectly. They replaced my car fob super quick. I went ahead and signed up for lifetime in case that same fob needs a battery replacement. Terrible customer service, by Adrian Hart. He had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in. He didn't know what he was doing, and the other employee had to assist several times. I was in a rush to get very specific batteries for my Christmas light bulb necklace. I walked in and the associate was able to locate the batteries right away. This was my second visit to this store... the first time I took my iPhone in to dry it out after dropping it in the river. In about 1 1/2 hours they dried and cleaned it, replaced the charging port and got it working again for $85. The second time was to see if the volume on the ear speaker could be raised. Hern J. told me about all of the potential causes and solutions and gave me a price for repair. An hour and a half later I went back to pick it up. He said that he put a new speaker in but it didn't seem to help, and he noticed a bit if rust on a cable so he replaced that, but it did not significantly improve the sound. He offered to put my parts back in if I didn't think the sound was better and not charge me anything. I let him do that. It is rare to get that kind of personalized service and honesty from employees and businesses today. I thanked him and promised that I would be back. They have made me a customer for life. read more

I came to this location first time being here when I walk in the guy asked me if I have a mask unfortunately I didn't have it today I wasn't planning on making a stop. Instead of offering me one becomes very antagonistic and Stated read the sign on the door. There are 11 signs on the two doors and I honestly made the mistake of just not seeing it as I walked in. I Purchased a battery that I need and as I'm leaving he tells me the masks are for their protection yet there's no signs on the door as you exit to the right which is the exit door, that it is locked and then you walk into it and the battery you carrying slammed into your body causing an injury! Other than being a 40-year-old male, who digs in his own pants, that lives in his mom and dad's basement playing video games, with a sarcastic attitude and absolutely no people skills. The other employee said nothing to me as well and I will not return to this place and I do not recommend it, drive a little bit farther as the second person that came in to purchase something as well had to go to a different store to get what he needed read more
