The Staff are most helpful and friendly. This review has most to do with the service that I received from Kai (Guy) on this particular visit. Kai's joy in his job performance is beyond outstanding. I take this time and opportunity to acknowledge because it is becoming a rare commodity in Retail interactions in this time and place in our world. I mentioned to Kai a former employee that I had received exceptional service and he informed that she is now a District Manager, kudos to her as well. Batteries Plus Austin Hwy, keep up the excellence. We need you! read more

Courteous and efficient. Properly priced. They replaced the battery in an iPhone 6s (old model) without a hitch. Also three of my watches needed new batteries. Those too were taken care of. Dropped off the items, went to car wash several blocks away and when I returned all of the work had been done. I recommend them to you. read more

BATTERIES PLUS WARRANTY IS A SCAM. They tell you they have a two year warranty but nine months later when you bring a dead battery back for replacement they claim the voltage is too low and its user abuse. This company scams its customers. read more

ORIGINAL (07APR2023): Quick, effective, and affordable iPhone repair. Also friendly service. I have an iPhoneX and the facial recognition feature went out because dust collecting behind the glass. They took it apart and cleaned the inside in about 3 minutes. They then tried not to charge me for their service!!! I insisted and they took my payment... now I can use my 5 year old phone for another 5 years EDIT/UPDATE (07MAY2023): They put the phone back together incorrectly. Since going to their shop, the screen has gradually come up off of the body of the phone and disconnected. read more

They replaced my car fob super quick. I went ahead and signed up for lifetime in case that same fob needs a battery replacement. It took like 2 minutes It's 20 bucks if you wanna sign up that way or if you need a one time battery fob replacement it's only $10. Good place. Quick easy in and out. read more

This place has batteries of all kinds. Everything from hearing aid batteries to car batteries and everything in between. The prices are very reasonable and they maintain an excellent inventory. When it looked like Harvey was heading this way, almost every place around was out of D batteries. Here they had plenty in stock at different price points. And this place has tons of light bulbs. All different sizes, energy saving and the old fashioned ones too. They have ones in watts here that are not available at big discount or grocery stores. Also at very good prices. They also do screen repairs on phones and tablets. The customer service here is fantastic!! My go to source for batteries and bulbs. read more

Batteries Plus - 3 way bulbs, different watts - Battery Stores Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Terrible customer service, by Adrian Hart. He had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in. He didn't know what he was doing, and the other employee had to assist several times. I hope the manager, or owner sees the video of my transaction. He resorted to calling me names, and flipping me off as I was leaving. The other employee apoligised for his actions as I was leaving. read more

I had them replace an iPhone battery. Service was fast and friendly. I would use them again.

This place has every type of battery and every type of bulb! Got the right type of battery for my watch's battery. Found the battery to my remote. I also was able to find a hard to find light bulb that was a couple of bucks cheaper than other places. Fast service and very informative employees. Will certainly be back! read more

I was in a rush to get very specific batteries for my Christmas light bulb necklace. I walked in and the associate was able to locate the batteries right away. They even had the screwdriver needed to open the compartment on the necklace to change out the batteries. I was in and out, with batteries changed, in less than 5 min. read more

I've been in this store on three occasions. One time the service was fair. The other two times were terrible. On both occasions they sold me batteries that were not good when I got home. From now on I will just go on Amazon to get batteries. They should go out of business as far as I'm concerned read more

I was from out of state, attended a business conference. The charging port went bad on my cell phone. Although I have no complaints about the service I received. The tech provided a new charging port, however something was done to my phone in the process that ruined the external speaker. Went back to same store next day and the tech person was not in at this time. Upon returning home, I went to my favorite BP store. After about a week, and obtaining parts, I learned yesterday that the part did not work and now my phone is permanently ruined read more

This was my second visit to this store... the first time I took my iPhone in to dry it out after dropping it in the river. In about 1 1/2 hours they dried and cleaned it, replaced the charging port and got it working again for $85. The second time was to see if the volume on the ear speaker could be raised. Hern J. told me about all of the potential causes and solutions and gave me a price for repair. An hour and a half later I went back to pick it up. He said that he put a new speaker in but it didn't seem to help, and he noticed a bit if rust on a cable so he replaced that, but it did not significantly improve the sound. He offered to put my parts back in if I didn't think the sound was better and not charge me anything. I let him do that. It is rare to get that kind of personalized service and honesty from employees and businesses today. I thanked him and promised that I would be back. They have made me a customer for life. read more

I came to this location first time being here when I walk in the guy asked me if I have a mask unfortunately I didn't have it today I wasn't planning on making a stop. Instead of offering me one becomes very antagonistic and Stated read the sign on the door. There are 11 signs on the two doors and I honestly made the mistake of just not seeing it as I walked in. I Purchased a battery that I need and as I'm leaving he tells me the masks are for their protection yet there's no signs on the door as you exit to the right which is the exit door, that it is locked and then you walk into it and the battery you carrying slammed into your body causing an injury! Other than being a 40-year-old male, who digs in his own pants, that lives in his mom and dad's basement playing video games, with a sarcastic attitude and absolutely no people skills. The other employee said nothing to me as well and I will not return to this place and I do not recommend it, drive a little bit farther as the second person that came in to purchase something as well had to go to a different store to get what he needed read more
