They had to download everything from my broken phone to a new one. When it didn't look like the procedure would be completed by closing, I started to panic a bit. There is no way I could leave my phone overnight because I have to have the GPS to drive the 20 miles home. The employee working with me understood my predicament and offered to stay there with me after closing until my new phone downloaded so I could have the GPS.
