The manager needs training, took the phone to repair charging port they had it for 5 hours and said it was only needed to be cleaned, when I picked up the phone it didn't work , they had it for two more hours to change the part that I wanted them to change in the first place , now the broke the phone speaker and they said I have to wait again more hours , people if you are smart like a two year old don't go to this Store, I don't know how they have stars or stay in business bad customer servicer. read more

We called three days later to express other issue they said to bring our product in and they would look at it. All we were told was that it was nothing done on their end. The phone was fully functional before we took it to this place. They would not fix or provide a refund for their faulty product. I went in just to fix and lcd screen and a battery change. when I came in to get it the home button wouldn't work and made me pay more for something they broke. Also I came in at 2 and they said it would be an hour I left at 7 wouldn't not recommend to fix phones read more

Went in the 1st time to fix a cracked screen and turns out they told me I had to replace my battery as well so I did, we replaced my factory battery and screen to my iPhone about 2months ago, that time it went great, older Hispanic man helped us out real quick we were in and out in about an hour abut 150$ fair. I went back today to fixed my cracked screen I shattered this time and I thought I had to fix my charging port(which they still charged me for) but turns out my battery had to be replaced again as well bc it was swelling causing my screen to be push up, I told the female we had just replaced the battery there literally 2months ago, then she said my bad I was looking at someone else's phone, then a couple of hours later I ask if my phones ready now she tells me again i did have to replace my battery, I told her again I had just purchased it their she looked up my number verified it and even though that she still wanted me to purchase another battery from them bc mine was bad. Keep in mind you pay them before they fix your phone, and then they told me I needed another battery...I was charged $60 the fist time for the battery, $80 this time around for that same battery,..We were the first ones there at 10am...didn't leave until nearly 3pm, nobody had gone in to fix screens before us we were there waiting that whole morning or after we were there a couple of hours not only that they also cracked literally split my earphone port the metal part that holds the phone together now that doesn't work properly for some reason...very unprofessional for them to tell you it'll take an hour and it's not true, waiting seats were stained/dirty and not even 3ft from each other 4chairs cluttered together, there also seems to be a red light coming from the top speaker/camera looking thing on top of the ear speaker, ive had the iPhone 6s+ since it came out never noticed that red light there and the screen responds really slow.......i think the long wait, cracked metal bottom part of my phone near the earplug and the bad battery are some of our reason that We wont be going back. read more

I Went In For a small cracked screen, left with a non functioning phone... And still somehow had to pay before I got my phone back. If ur looking for a phone case, there selection is diverse n relatively decent. If ur trying to get ur phone fixed I would highly advise u to go elsewhere. If u bring it in for one issue, they will fix it. It might take 2 weeks but it will be fixed.... Only to be replaced by an even worse problem that wasn't an issue prior to being in their care. AND! the best part is they allow u the privilege of paying for the even more damaged phone before ur able to get it back. But hey... My screen looks nice n pretty now. read more

Young man who helped me out seemed very honest and straightforward- they seem to have a great work ethic here and take their repairs seriously.
