This shop was recommended to me by another computer repair shop. I'm so glad. My MacBook stopped working, the screen went black, and when I called Apple they weren't able to help me. These guys are a bit of a drive from my house but well worth it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable And were able to fix my laptop for a whole lot less than a new laptop would've cost me, even if I didn't go with the Apple brand. I dropped off my laptop on Thursday and it was ready on Friday. I didn't lose any information that was on my laptop. I highly recommend these guys. If you're having computer issues, give them a try. My 6-year old laptop was acting up. My touch pad was losing sensitivity, to the point that it wouldn't move the cursor. I read reviews, and ventured to see these guys. Luckily for me, I didn't check their location before I entered into google maps... they're a fair bit away from my house. But, I soldiered on and made it despite meeting rush hour traffic. And I'm glad I did. Had to wait, as there is only one technician in the front, and he was busy with other customers. But eventually he got to me and I barely started describing the problem when told it was probably my battery. He asked if he could remove it to check it out, and we discovered it was misshapen. He removed it, plugged in the power cable, and the touch pad worked great! He ordered a new battery, let me walk out with my laptop, and called when the battery arrived. Fifteen minutes later I walked out with my old laptop working like new. The price was exactly what he told me it would cost. I wish I lived closer because I love them. But, I hate driving in traffic... I'm retired and now that I don't have to fight it, I avoid it almost all costs. I now use another repair shop two miles from home. I visited 3 different PC Repair Shops and was unable to have my Lenovo up and running after several weeks. Each time I was told it was something that may take long to solve and would cost more than a typical system reload. While searching for the next technician, I came across Computer Repair Plus. I spoke with Marc on the phone a couple of times before visiting the shop and he gave advice on ways I could improve my system performance. He also suggested it would be a simple fix... which is what I was told by the previous shops. I purchased a 1 TB SSD and a 2TB HDD for him to install, per his recommendation. He was able to retain all of my data previously stored on the system, and performed a clean install with new storage units. I called one day after dropping off the system to see if there was anything else needed and was informed the system was already ready for pick up. He did offer to upgrade my video card (free of charge) and help install the second HD so I didn't pick it up immediately. Marc was super friendly - and truly cares about his business and work product. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him, as it was very obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He called me after hours from his personal cell to ensure I was aware of the system status and continued to offer ways I could get more out of my unit. I can't thank this team enough for the great work they did. His tech that was there when I picked up the system was also friendly. The list goes on... Marc even sprayed the inside of my system to clean out the dust and wiped down the external walls of the tower. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, the price was GREAT. He talked through pricing over the phone and said they wanted to be sure I was comfortable with the price being paid-- based on the work that was performed. I cant say enough about this Computer Repair Shop... will definitely recommend to others and look to return for my future computer repair needs. I went to Computer Repears Plus based on their reviews, and I was not dissapointed. They replaced the charging port on my Acer laptop for a reasonable price. When the original problem resumed, they repaired it on the spot, no waiting, no charge. The nice part is the cause for the 2nd repair was user-inflicted...I apparently dropped the laptop and the fall dislodged the port. They did not charge me for the 2nd repair. When the issue resumed again, they realized there had been multiple problems with the charging system. The newest problem was a faulty charging unit I bought there. They replaced it immediately, no charge. Each time in, they showed a real sense of urgency and fairness in resolving my laptop's charging problems. I also had them look at an older HP laptop. I was trying to decide to replace or repair since it was constantly freezing and intermittently running extremely slowly. I had already done all the normal maintenance type of stuff to clean up and defrag the discs, and had it checked for viruses (there were none). They recommended to replace the drive with a solid state drive. I hesitated b/c I did not want to sink $200 into an old laptop. Well, I'm glad I did as that laptop is now performing even faster and better than new, and has not frozen in the 6 months since they repaired it. I highly recommend these guys. read more

Marc is fantastic! He went above and beyond to fix my laptop after my hard drive crashed. After replacing the original hardware with an SSD drive, he spent hours recovering tons of data from the old drive. I had YEARS worth of pictures, music, and videos that I thought were gone forever, he was able to save them all. My laptop now runs better than ever and Marc was even kind enough to update my software and fixed damage caused to my screen years ago. I was having problems with my laptop ALIENWARE 18. Blue screens popping up every 3 to 5 minutes then shutting my computer down. Looked on yelp for computer repair and read the review for Computer Repair Plus and gave it a shot. Best choice I could have made. Marc assured me he would have no problem working on my gaming laptop. Took it in for him to check out and showed him the pics of the blue screen messages and told me it would be no problem. He told me it would take about 4 hours, talk about shocked I was going to leave it for a week, but when he told me the cost I just told him to do it. He called me about 2 hours later and told me he found a few more problems, #1 my ram was incorrect (bought from best buy and they said it was correct for my laptop, #2 the paste holding on my cpu was damaged and coming apart. So it was going to be the next day which was no problem because they where already doing a better job than best buy. Next day after getting the correct ram I dropped it off for Marc to install and complete the repairs on my laptop. Not only did he repair the problems I knew about, but all the others after opening the laptop and still at the same price he quoted me on. You don't see this anymore. A business that keeps its word. Honest, Trustworthy, Quick, Knowledgeable and down to earth. I will be taking my daughters laptop here with no reservations. This guy Marc is a life saver. I took my computer which had hundreds if not thousands of pictures of some family members that are not with us anymore. I took it to a guy down the street he told me he could not retrieve them. Second guy told me $600 to retrieve the pictures I guess he knew I was desperate. Next I ended up at Computer Repair Plus. Marc was at the Counter, he asked me what I needed, after explaining to him he assured me that he could retrieve he pictures. I went back after a week and to my surprise he had all my pictures saved. Marc practically rebuilt my computer from ground up. It is fast and completely error free at present after a few yrs of constant pop up errors every time I turned it on or off. Incredible service. I stopped by on a quick business trip with a 2-year old Toshiba laptop that suddenly would not turn on. Not only did he immediately take the laptop apart and fix the problem in under 10 minutes (stopping the work that he was doing on something else to do so), but when I asked how much it would be, he said "whatever you think is fair." I tried to pay him but only had a credit card, and when I asked where an ATM was where I could get cash, he said not to worry about it, and wouldn't hear another word about it.
