This place is awful. Don't waste your time it's a rip off. My laptop got water spilled on it and I told them that taking it in. They called me 3 weeks after I took it in to tell me it would cost more to fix it than to just buy a new laptop. Then charged me to tell me what I already knew. I honestly have no complaints at all, my keyboard wasn't working anymore so I brought my laptop in on a Thursday and I was told it would take about 3-5 business days for an update. Ana called me on Saturday and told me that I had liquid damage done and that she could clean it for me to see if my keyboard would now work but if not I would have to still pay $55 for her checking for the problem. She called me that following Tuesday and told me that my laptop is now working because they cleaned the liquid spills. I give Brazos Valley computers five stars because everything worked out, and the customer service was pretty well and I even got to use a student discount! Definitely would recommend ! She takes forever to look at anything charged me 55 to tell me what I already told her before I left my cpu. Would not give me an estimate then overcharged me, but she still gets her $55 and she charged my card $59. I'll go to beat buy next time at least I know what to expect. read more

To replace a digitizer on my Galaxy S5, the whole process took nearly three weeks. Apparently there was a "defective part" from a supplier, but magically, the staff managed to get it to work a week and a half after they supposedly ordered another replacement. read more
