I've never visited their offices because they always come to me or remote in to fix my problem - so convenient.

Mr. T's Electronics

Mr. T's Electronics

I live in Denver, 820 miles away from a 5-acre ranch in Montana that belonged to my wife's parents…read more After they passed, I became the one managing the property--and every trip up there is emotionally and logistically overwhelming. On one visit, I loaded my Jeep with old electronics--CRT TVs, surveillance gear, laptops--and headed into Great Falls. That's when I met Matt at Mr. T's. I blew a tire right in front of his shop, and without hesitation, he helped me unload everything and swap the tire so I could get to a nearby shop--right across the street from where my wife's grandfather used to run Bud Hayes Auto Service. I still have one of his old promo keychains. That moment hit me hard. Matt didn't just take the tech--he took a weight off my shoulders. He recovered data from six old laptops and mailed me an external hard drive shaped like a cassette tape. That detail alone told me everything I needed to know: this guy cares.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could…read more From the moment I walked in, this place was completely unprofessional. The owner was actively yelling and cussing at other customers while I was there, which should've been my first sign to leave. It only got worse. After waiting over 4 months for a MacBook screen repair (dropped off around December 19-22), I finally got it back--only to be told that he installed a cracked screen because we supposedly "rushed him." That's not an excuse, that's just unacceptable. Between the disrespectful behavior, lack of accountability, and ridiculously long turnaround time, this place should not be in business. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I have to agree with the posts below. Awhile ago, I applied for employment at Data Northwest. I…read morewrote two professional business letters to them but received no reply back. Finally, on the third letter, I apologized for anything I had done and wished them the best. Data Northwest wrote back in a very unprofessional and accusatory way. Basically, they said it would help if they knew what I wanted. It was more than obvious I was interested in employment. Nevertheless, their reply is never ever acceptable in a business environment. Please be very very careful when dealing with this company. I live in Great Falls, MT and am not using my real name in this review.

Look elsewhere if thinking about Catapult POS. Don't know where to begin with the multitude of…read moreproblems we had. To start, their sales dept doesn't have a clue about anything. We dealt with Eric. We learned the very hard way he doesn't know what he is talking about. To make matters worse, with the problems we had, he would neglect to put in work orders, creating huge delays. Their tech help isn't a whole lot better. To sum up, dealing with DN was a nightmare, and cost my business easily over 10k to due the fact a store opening was delayed because they couldn't figure out the install, nor made it a priority. Eventually had to have the BBB go after them on our behalf. After a few short years of running the system, went directly to ECRS, the manufacturers of Catapult, which would be my advice if you are thinking about this POS system. They are much, much, more professional and honest in every aspect imaginable and cheaper too.
