I called them regularly to find out why they didn't complete the list and was told I'm sorry we will do better next time. This became a weekly phone call that I made to them. Fast forward to today, I got an email stating that due to being shorthanded they couldn't fulfill their end of the deal, they are breaking their contract and not fulfilling their end of the deal. what i have noticed it the owner likes to leave and go to other countries and leaves someone in charge that doesn't even know what the job entails. They came to our home which was 60+ miles one-way from their place of business and cleaned the area the skunk physically touched with a special cleaning solution and placed two air cleaning units in the house. Within 1 hour of turning on both machines there was significant improvement in the smell in the house. Within 24 hours the machines had made great progress. After 72 hours a service man, Andrew, came to check the progress, he cleaned the spot again and checked the machines. There was still some skunk smell, so we kept the machines another 24 hours. A service man came for a 3rd time after 96 hours to pick up the machines, and the smell was nearly gone. I was highly impressed with the service of this company. There service is prompt, courteous, professional, and at a very reasonable rate. And they did NOT charge for mileage. I highly recommend this business for all your cleaning and restoration needs.
