We never complained because we realize these are tough times and Diamond Clean Is most likely busy and might have challenges Jeaneaux cancelled our last 3 week service due to her cleaner's illness We did not complain 3 weeks later Jeaneaux texted us to schedule our next 3 week cleaning I texted back; asked if her cleaner could stay for a few hours (hadn't been here for 6 weeks) Jeaneaux, by voicemail and text message, cancelled our service, alluding by text and voicemail that it didn't fit our budget.
