he completely wrecked our computers. we had to toss out two and the third one runs so slow that it is difficult to use. don't use him!

Tried to rip us off. Told us that windows had to be updated every 18 months and we had to buy his windows key and have his security installed. The security he installs is public domain software and is free! Windows is available at the windows store for free! He would not even sell us a hard drive. DON'T GO HERE unless you want to waste lots of cash. All we wanted was a hard drive that cost only $50, and we know how to install the hard drive. We know how to install windows 10(free at Microsoft store) and security applications ourselves. IT IS VERY VERY EASY. Look on Google and YouTube. read more

Highly disappointed with the service I received at this "computer repair shop". Brought my computer in to have some software added and when I picked it up the guy told me it had crashed and was unrecoverable without some disk he had and it would cost minimum of $100 to fix. I only wanted software installed from a disk because I didn't have a destroyed the man crashed my computer and had the audacity to charge me to fix it I took my computer to another repair shop and was told there was nothing wrong with my computer and this guy at CTR is trying to defraud me. Need several complaints to the BBB and will be making complaints to the city of Great Falls regarding this. read more

This guy cost me a lot of money. I had some work needed on my PC. A message pops up at start up. "PCU fan not detected" After paying $250.00 the problem is still here. He said my hard drive was corrupt..? Then he installed a newer version of Windows 10. I told him NOT to install all of his favorite free security programs and cleaners. He did so anyway and one program infected my PC and 2 others on the same modem. It cost me another $400.00 to get all 3 computers cleaned and back working properly. We bought a computer offline, and when we received it, saw that the OS needed to be reinstalled. After calling around & finding out most places charged well over $100, we took it to OfficeMax who kept it for 4 days before telling us they couldn't figure it out. We found CTR in the phonebook on a Saturday afternoon. We called them, they answered & even came out to our house! Keith had it up & running within a day, and he & Lynn delivered it to us before the weekend was through! All for WAY less than what we were quoted everywhere else!! Not only did they do an amazing job for a MORE than fair price, they also made us two new disks, added spyware & antivirus programs, printed up information for us, picked up & delivered our computer, and were kind, knowledgeable,honest, friendly, professional AND fun to talk to -- and all this on a weekend to boot!! We will NEVER use anyone else!! We consider CTR Computers our personal computer company, and we are SO happy to have found them!!! We give them our HIGHEST recommendation!!! :-) read more

CTR Computers have done it again!!! I used to take my laptop into the shop. Now I have a regular desk top system with the tower and all. I've never been able to get the speakers to work but put off doing anything about it. Stopped in at the shop yesterday to ask for suggestions (figured I probably had the speakers plugged in wrong) and this evening they were here....at my home...and guess what... I now have sound!!!!!
