Basically, they said it would help if they knew what I wanted. It was more than obvious I was interested in employment. Nevertheless, their reply is never ever acceptable in a business environment. We dealt with Eric. We learned the very hard way he doesn't know what he is talking about. To make matters worse, with the problems we had, he would neglect to put in work orders, creating huge delays. Their tech help isn't a whole lot better. To sum up, dealing with DN was a nightmare, and cost my business easily over 10k to due the fact a store opening was delayed because they couldn't figure out the install, nor made it a priority. Eventually had to have the BBB go after them on our behalf. After a few short years of running the system, went directly to ECRS, the manufacturers of Catapult, which would be my advice if you are thinking about this POS system. They are much, much, more professional and honest in every aspect imaginable and cheaper too.
