If you need someone to solve your OneDrive issues - he does it with few words and all swift action. I can't even begin to explain the relief after years of frustrating experiences and band-aids. Tom even organized some wires without request - seems little, but is a HUGE gift. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

On 12/29/21 I employed Tom Heard from hailageek to enable my Brother printer to print from my…read morecomputer. In talking with Tom I asked him for quote and he gave me a price of $45.To give me a quote without first visiting my location indicated to me that Tom had supreme confidence in his abilities. Over the phone and in person Tom has an upbeat cheerful personality and he made me feel completely at ease. He arrived promptly on time in his hailageek van at 2:00 p.m. Upon sitting down and making a cursory examination he said he could fix the problem in 2 minutes but that he wanted to spend more time and give me a more extensive and complete printer connectivity. I sat beside him as he nimbly did the work - he obviously knew what he was doing. Tom is a founder/partner in HailAGeek which has 17 locations in the Houston area. It was altogether a pleasant experience and I highly recommend HailAGeek. I was impressed that HailAGeek/Tom heard would give me a specific quote over the phone. Other providers I contacted would only quote an hourly rate [ mostly a minimum of $95 ] without asking or going into the specifics of my problem.

There are several old beautiful pines and other trees. We also had one very tall tree that was dead, another with a disease and many dead and broken branches in several trees. Daniel and his team worked on this for 4 days, as weather permitted. All of the trees were very tall and over grown. They trimmed them all up and removed broken and dead branches. Took down 2 trees, cleared 2 stumps and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Some of the clearing required their bucket truck due to the height of the trees. We also liked that they used their chipper on site as they worked. We love the difference this has made, and so do our neighbors

To start off the ladies that work there are amazing! I was with them for over two years, close to…read morethree. They have a great secure place. Bad news is the sheet rock job on the roof of my 20'× 10' unit was horrible. I had alot of beautiful Antiques there. About 6 months ago I found part of the roof collapsed and broke a few of my things. I called the owner and told him all about it. He said some one broke in and it wasn't his responsibility because the building was not faulty. Let me say that there was no foot prints in the dust, not a single hand print and didn't let me get many words in before I was shut down. No investigation was done. It broke an old Moroccan chess and backgammon bord made out of Pearl, bone, and exquisite wooden pieces.. it was worth 4-500 bucks and some old great falls select bottles and a few other glass pieces. So unless you insure your unit its not advised by me. I let it go though because i was shocked with the result. Ive seen units broke into and this was any thing but. The building roof was falty and Ken just didnt want to be reasonable. His father ken is a very nice guy as well who does most of the leg work there. I got an email to give an review after moving my things to another unit elsewhere and here i am. When your making 100$ a month for 2 or so years i expected some reasonable action, not blowing it off and blaming it on a break in. No one else reported a break in in the other near by units. The sheet rock job was clearly in the wrong. Ive sheet rocked, painted and have done remodeling for over 20 years. I know a bad rock job when i see one. Hope this was helpful.
