He fixed my screen in maybe 15 minutes, perhaps less, and I was good to go. I went with the cheaper screen at first and had it for a few days. I decided I didn't like the color of it, which Joel informed me of before I picked a new screen. (Very helpful) When I decided to upgrade my screen on my iPhone, I called Joel back up and we met the next day at the same Starbucks. These guys saved my life. My touchscreen was broken, and I couldn't type in my passcode to unlock my phone. Even though I have insurance on the phone, ubreakifix was charging me $85 to simply put a working touchscreen on the phone and backup a copy on to my laptop. Phone repair in the time of Corona: I called Joel after crying because I dropped my boyfriend's dad's iPhone X (which I am borrowing) and smashed the back of it. He explained that due to COVID19, he's doing mobile repairs (in his car), coming to people's homes. I explained the issue, and he asked if I'd be comfortable with him taking my phone to a secondary location to do the complicated repair. I was indeed, and he gave me a good time frame. Joel came to my house, picked up my phone (contactless pick up, of course), and dropped it off completely fixed. He charged a reasonable price ($100 for front screen, $150 for rear glass, $250 total). I find cell phone repairs expensive overall but was happy to pay it because of the quality of service and the way Joel adapted to the pandemic. Overall, very pleased. One tiny negative is these red dots on the front glass, which are there to filter the light for front camera. It messed with the aesthetics of the phone a bit, but honestly so minor that I don't really care. Call Joel! He is a king! read more

At Walmart unusually but for $10 and most of the time I should put it on phone by myself which sometimes doesn't come good but here for same price you get an expert to put without any air gaps. This repair shop has the best deal when it comes to price and warranty. Few repair shops, if any, offer a lifetime warranty on their repairs like Evolution Cell Phone Repairs. I had a few hiccups and issues with my replacement screens but the manager Joel was more then happy to fix the issues. Joel will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied and getting the service they deserve. The overall wait time with these guys for a replacement screen on an iPhone was about 20min. Other places I have been to in the past like Dr Phonez have took about an hour or longer. Also if privacy is an issue when deciding if you want to hand your phone over to a repair shop that takes it to a back room and tells you come back later- then this is the place for you. Evolution Cell Phone Repairs does the repair right there on the spot in the open. If you wanted to you can watch them fix your device right in front of you. Overall my experience dealing with Joel and Evolution Repairs was very good. I dropped my Samsung S8 and cracked the screen in the corner causing it to shatter and crack across the whole screen. Service was great. Answered my questions and did it out in open right there in front of me. Checked to make sure everything worked. Took about an hour. Lifetime warranty. Plus price was a few dollars cheaper than anywhere else. If you find cheaper service their warranty is probably for 30-60 days. My Samsung S8 Phone looks good as new! Awesome! read more

Jesse was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of money !! I was so upset because my IPhone was just blinking with Apple logo and Apple told me there was nothing I could do but trade it in for a new one for $350. I was so upset. All my pics and contacts were on there plus I didn't have my phone working. I was walking by and decided to ask him if he knew anything about this error on 7Plus. He was so kind and genuinely cared. He offered to open it up and try a new battery (something apple didn't even offer). Then he tried replacing the screen and then while he was in there he unhooked the home button and all of a sudden my phone started to power up ! It wasn't the battery after all! But due to his patience, kindness and genuine concern he got it to work ! Jesse is an asset to have on your team! Outstanding Customer Service from Jesse !
