Honestly, I wasn't sure it was repairable, but they replaced the screen within a couple hours, and it was good to go, at least for a couple weeks. The screen quit working again, but not due to their work but the extent of the previous damage. So back in the phone went, this time for a new screen and back case. Darin was willing to comp the screen as they had already replaced it, but as I was using my bank's phone insurance this time, we are having it fully repaired like new. As I mentioned, this shop is very knowledgable about phone repair as well as the different phone insurance programs and able to help guide me through the process of filing a claim as well. The repair costs are comparatively great, and on newer phones that's definitely the way to go as DIY can be so challenging with all the glue used these days.

I got my screen fixed in March of 2026 and was NOT told that it was an aftermarket screen until after it was put on and I noticed that the color was off. It's June now and the screen is separated from the phone. I called and asked if they can connect it again since they put the screen on in March, and was told no. I paid over $300 to get this fixed. He said it was maybe because I put it in my car?! Terrible TERRIBLE service and quality. If you have an iPhone or ANY phone DO NOT come here. It has worked perfectly, and also made my earphone audible again since it was now new again. This was several months ago and is still working perfectly. My camera shutter has been damaged recently and I gave them a call for a price quote. They knew exactly what was wrong over the phone and tell me it's a quick fix for a decent price. They offer a 6 month warranty for that repair as well. I will leave an update for that repair once it's do UPDATE: The camera had stopped working again and was not able to focus.
