As soon as the TV was brought home and used it stayed on for about 10-15 minutes at first I was glad it was staying on but then the picture slowly faded out and just went black and it continued to do that it would allow me to watch tv in like 15 minutes intervals. The business was contacted the same day we received the TV back to let them know it was not repaired. The representative stated to bring the TV back. I'm a single woman so it's not very easy for me to be loading and unloading a 65" tv but regardless it needed to be done and in that process I caused a crack on the screen. I Took the TV in and repair man stated it was not working due to the crack and he could not provide a refund. I advised him that the TV was not repaired in the first place before the crack had even occurred. The crack would not have occurred if the TV would have originally been repaired the first time it was taken in. I requested for the amount I paid for it to be fixed to be refund representative stated the only thing he could do is offer a low price of 500 for another 65" that he had repaired. He was still trying to get more money out of this situation.Horrible business. I just bought a new 65 Samsung for the same amount as the repaired Vizio he was trying to sell to me.
