I have been calling for 6 months and have got the same "Take the battery out and put it back in". When I finally asked for my money back and to cancel the service I was told they could not refund my money and canceling the service would only deduct 10$ from the bill. This seems to be a very shady practice. Apparently customer service does not keep records of service calls. I am canceling our service and when I expressed this and my displeasure was told to have a nice day. I will not be dealing with this company again.
