I went into this location yesterday November 18, 2017. Before I went I called and I told them I found them on Yelp. I was given a quote over the phone and was told that I would get a free screen protector. When I showed up I was given another price which was $20 more then what I was quoted. He said he would just have to charge me an additional $10 but the screen protector would still be free for a total of $108.25 taxes included. So ok I still go with it. I walk the mall and go back to pick up my daughters phone. By the time I picked up the phone the price changes yet again to $124 taxes included. The screen protector was no longer free!! Yeah they got me but it won't happen again! If you go make sure you get a name or get the quote in writing or make sure the same person that quoted you rings you up! was visiting from Florida and my iphone screen cracked I took it in to them to fix it they were really professional and had really good prices. They fixed it within an hour and I even got a case to make sure my phone doesn't break again. I would recommend this to anyone who has a broken screen on their phone. I was really interested in buying a case for my iPhone and saw signs displayed on the outside of the store for reasonably priced cases. When I went inside there were three workers talking and laughing loudly (they weren't speaking any English). After about 10 minutes of me looking through cases and finding one that I liked one of the men walked up to me and said it was $25.95 but he could give me a deal and do $20. Been here once before a while back experience was ok. came back a few days ago and it was a completely different experience one gentelman by the name of Ryan went above and beyond to fix my issues just when I thought my phone was a goner he brought it back to life and was nice and very friendly during the entire process. He won me over as a life time customer as long as he's around great addition to the team he mentioned he hasn't been with the company long so I'm writing this review for that reason! Had a bad experience replacing my IPhone 6+ LCD+Screen. Originally went in, promised 20-30 minutes for a repair. The company has three locations in Ingram mall, two booths downstairs and a main store upstairs by Dillard's. After they replaced my screen, my screen and speaker was irresponsible and unable to be used. They stated my motherboard was bad and needed to be taken to Apple to be replaced. Even with that said I was charged 130$ + 10$ Tax regardless of the phone working or not. I was unable to get any type of discount after them stating it would only need a new screen... Having very limited time to visit I just said okay and took my receipt with a broken phone still. Afterwards I spent two hours between AT&T & Apples trying to explain my situation and still getting no where, I decided to take it to another store to verify that indeed my motherboard was bad. They managed to fix my phone with no charge even listing that their cost to fix a phone would be cheaper than what I paid at the wireless point location. They told me that Wireless point installed the replacement screen/lcd incorrectly and my phone is now functional. Calling wireless point back very unhappy after a full day unable to use my phone... "Sam" an associate offered to do whatever it took to satisfy my unpleasant experience... Guess you can say it was alright service, not quite sure if I would ever go back to this place even with the free glass protector they gave me for my bad visit. read more
