Took my phone here to be repaired. Had a broken screen. charged me 100 to repair screen. The screen still does not work and after dropping off my phone my battery is not charging correctly. I took my phone to a more reputable place after waiting 3 days for Scam artists Woodys to repair phone correctly. They never repaired phone correctly and refused to fix issue. These people are like used car salesmen. I would not return ever and recommend nobody goes to this hole in the wall unless you want to get scammed and have your battery stolen. This is seriously the worst place I have ever done business with. I took my iPad the morning of August 26 2020 to get a broken screen replaced. They called me later that day that it was done but the screen was stuck sideways and that I probably just needed to restart the system. I go and pick it up just to realize that it the screen was locked and all it needed was to be unlocked. He then says that it's done but it's not dried and suggested I leave it over night. Ok fine, I did. I go to pick it up the next day and it seems to be working. I get home and realize that they left strands of glue inside the screen. I called them right away and they said to take it back so I take it back the next day. A week goes by and I call them to see what's going on and they tell me it's ready. I go the following day to pick it up and take it to my son. He starts complaining that it keeps restarting on itself. I check it out and play on it for awhile and sure enough, it restarted twice, which it had never done that before. I called them again and they tell me to take it so they can see what's wrong. I take it back and they said that they would call me when it's fixed. 3 weeks later they tell me it's done. I go back and make sure to inspect it before leaving and it looks like shit. The owner, Woody, pretty much says that it looks like shit because they charge less than Apple. What??? But he says they will try to make it better. Another week goes by and I go pick it up to the same issue. I'm talking to the guy up front to try and figure out what we can do to make it look decent and he says that it's the best they can do. I just couldn't believe it. So, woody is in the back and tells me, in his exact words, "you're a fucking pain in the ass just leave my store" All because I wanted them to do their job right. I took it to Mobile Up on Walzem as soon as I left and they will be fixing it for me. They did another job for my and did a fantastic job. I will be posting a review on them as well. read more

Well about a month ago I took my iPhone XS Max to this place th people were very friendly and all but problem I got was he has break my phone and I purchased a att prepaid plan from him over 100.00 dollars and the calling and text worked but I was never able to use the cellular data in another words the phone never worked I took it in ones for him to look at it and he said it was working when I left the phone wasn't working I live in Austin but I come to San Antonio so I can be back and forth I called him again and that time he had a little attitude and told me just bring it and I never did what for it's not like he's going to fix it anyway so think about it twice before you want to get your phone jaw broken and taking it there. read more
