After this I turned in a CPU for repair and they kept it fir over two weeks with no status, updates or feedback. They finally told us it was ready and it works great. They had to download everything from my broken phone to a new one. When it didn't look like the procedure would be completed by closing, I started to panic a bit. There is no way I could leave my phone overnight because I have to have the GPS to drive the 20 miles home. The employee working with me understood my predicament and offered to stay there with me after closing until my new phone downloaded so I could have the GPS. It wasn't very long after the shop closed that the download was complete. I was amazed that this total stranger would do something so kind and so profoundly important to me for absolutely nothing in return. Thank you, Dayban, your kindness was unexpected and rare in today's world. I will always be extremely grateful for what you did for me tonight. And thanks to you my new IPhone and I got home safe and sound.

TMobile doesn't accept trades with phones with screen damage, which is why the referred me to this business. So in less than 40 minutes, or my grocery trip, the fixed my screen... And for only $80. The service was quick efficient and friendly. I believe they do numerous other types of repairs and on many different phones and electronics. The only reason they didn't get 5... Their store could really use a little work to make it more appealing, like replacing the old carpeting! From the outside it looks like the kind of cheapo store you don't want to walk into, which is a disservice to the fantastic work they provide. I didn't want to have to mail my phone somewhere else and be phoneless for days, so when I filed the report they said I could visit CPR in-person and get it fixed the same day. Making the appointment online was super easy and when I got there, they already had me checked in and everything. However, even if you make an appointment that doesn't mean there's no waiting time. My phone took about 2 hours to get it fixed, and while I was there I saw how busy they were with all the walk-ins. Overall it was a great experience and I am thankful to staff for their amazing work. I also appreciate that they suggested a screen protector they could install in there to give my phone some extra safety from my crazy child. Thank you CPR team for all your help!
