Tmobile has horrible internet and thier billing practice is unacceptable. I had to get the CEO involved in getting my phone payback refund. My account IS CLOSED yet I get letters showing i have a $48.00 Credit but Patricia-- customer service tells it is not a refund to me???? Why keep sending paperwork to me if my account has been closed since July 2025. This is how poor thier employees are trained. Never going back to them again. I canceled my service and they still charged me an extra month after because I had automatic payments set up. They also keep calling me to pay for service I never used. My friend warned me this would happen because it happened to him too. I went to several stores to resolve the issue but none of them were able to help me. They give you different information and send you to someone else or call this number, etc. read more

I have had good experiences with TMobile and this store after leaving AT&T We get Netflix as a courtesy benefit and every Tuesday we receive promotions or freebees on the TMobile app. If you are like me and had TMobile in the past, then kicked them to the curb, it may be time to try them again. My iphone 8 plus had an issue with the WiFi not turning on anymore, while I was on a business trip out of state. I called the local T-mobile store and Mike answered. He said he could help me and I went to the store. From start to finish, changing to a new phone plan, trading in my phone for a newer one, didn't take long and the process went very smoothly. had service with sprint for many years and used auto pay for 2 phones. Sprint was purchased by T-Mobile. My two phones were transferred to T -mobile and they gave me a third phone number for free. I could not get reception at my home with T mobile so within a few weeks, I went to the T-Mobile store and transferred my two phone numbers to AT&T and closed my T-mobile account. This transaction occurred between T-Mobile and AT&T in the T-Mobile store. There was no receipt, email or correspondence of any kind from T-Mobile. I only received a confirmation from AT&T that my two numbers were transferred and a verbal confirmation in their store by the T-Mobile representative that my T-Mobile account was closed. This is because my two numbers were transferred successfully to AT&T all because I had no phone reception. T-Mobile then began using auto pay to my credit card from November 2022 to nov 2023. When my account was closed due to lack of service, I assumed the free phone was also canceled for the same reason, lack of reception, and told the account closed. There was no notification, billing email or correspondence of any kind from T-Mobile ,They simply began charging my credit card with auto pay that was initially set up with sprint. T-Mobile never sent me a bill, never notified me that a bill would soon be auto paid for a "free phone" from my credit card account . They have been drawing from my account for a service " I did not receive". I do not have receipts, billing emails or correspondence of any kind from T-Mobile. I only have statements from my credit card company showing T-Mobile withdrawing $1541.04 from November 2022 to November 2023 for a service I did not receive, that I authorized sprint to auto withdraw. read more

We pyrchased the MIFI 5G hot spot fromt he Marbach San Antonio TX location it worked for 3 days then nothing it would not charge or restart. My husband took it back and they had to order a replacement for us they were suppose to call us when it came in I called at 4:30 talked to the manager she was very rude said it came in at 2 I missed 2 days of work over this now the new device which we have had less than 2 days is doing the same thing so its going back for a refud and the service is getting cancelled they wont issue a credit for the problems we have had she was rude and she hung up on me is that the kind of manager TMobile wants reprsenting them??? read more

I purchased a motorola G7 power cell phone from T Mobil a year or so ago and was convinced by the sales person to pay for the Assurant 360 insurance coverage, which was about $14 a month on that phone. So if I paid a year 12x$14=$146 paid in. I lost the phone this week and it took nearly 3 hours between phone and internet to file a claim. Once I filed the claim they charged me $249 deductible for a replaclement phone, so I am out $249+$146= $395. I then shopped the phone directly from Motorola and they sell it with free next day shipping for $199.99. So I wasted $195 with the scandalous Assurant warranty. DO NOT even consider purchasing T Mobiles insurance policy, It is what I consider to be insurance fraud. I intend to present this information to the various consumer protection agencies and provide this review over the widest spectrum possible. read more
