The parking lot is small because it shares the small lot with other suites in the strip mall. If I needed another repair, I would highly consider a return to this location.

I asked if they can deduct the 60$ from the price of the motherboard and I pay the difference. $90. The little girl working when I called said abe would call me back. Of course she didn't. Called Saturday at noon because no one called me. And he claimed he didn't do anything wrong. I informed him making changes to my phone without speaking to me first was wrong. And that my phone was fine before taking it in. N because of his negligence he more than likely damaged my phone more.. This place claims to use authentic apple parts but this has not been the case for me. I had my cracked iPhone fixed here, the resolution was so noticeably worse than before, and I also got a message from my phone saying they detected unknown/non genuine parts. This was confirmed by the employee who said they use a third party source. They gave me a discount but I really wish I just spent the money and got it fixed the right way. If you don't care much about resolution, this may be the place for you because the screen does work now, just at a lower quality. It's cheaper than the Apple Store and you get what you pay for.

I left feeling positively about my purchase, but without my knowledge she added a $5/month "feature" to my account, one to which I did not consent and did not want. This is a criminal practice called "phone cramming," and it is sad to see this fraud still being practiced by AT&T customer service employees. I have made a complaint to AT&T and had the charge reversed, but it should never have happened in the first place, and who knows how many customers this employee has scammed. Be vigilant.

The manager there explained that the Austin Highway location is owned by a franchisee and is not a company owned store. That explains the disheveled appearance and the lack of competent sales people. I'm sorry I was required to add one star for this location because they don't deserve it.
