Brought my 6plus in for repair back in September and it came back with Touch disease. My phone tapped my hand last month and the screen cracked. I contacted them about their "warranty" and they said it's not covered. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Better off going to Dr Phonez as it's not worth the expense to have a broken screen months later. read more

Came to San Antonio to see my kids and my phone started to act up. The touch screen was not working anymore and I went to cricket wireless to possibly get a new phone. They suggested I come here and have Staymobile take a look at it before I did that. Best advice ever. I stopped by and instead of having to buy a new iPhone for $800 or whatever they cost now, they took a look at it and saw that the sensor wire was loose. Worst decision ever! They had my laptop for almost a month after being quoted 7 days and they could not fix the issue. On top of that the Manager was not aplogic and rude!! I hate to say this, but its amateur hour over there, and I don't see this place being open very long, especially if they haven't figured out customer service is everything when running a business. read more

This business is excellent in my opinion. I broke my iPhone screen in the morning and called around to a few shops. They wanted to charge so much for a replacement. I ran into Staymobile online. I called and spoke with technician who told me to come on in. Went in after work and within about an hour, I was walking out the door with a new replacement screen (brand new) for under $100.
