I recently had Cellairis replace the screen of my broken iPhone. I am a single parent, and I have two young autistic children that I care for myself. With the Coronavirus going around, it is difficult, if not impossible to take them into any business. Fortunately, Cellairis was willing to come to my house to do the screen replacement. The individual from Cellairis came to my house after normal business hours and replaced my screen while sitting in his car. And the charge was the same as if I had brought it to the store. Within 15 minutes, I had a new screen. And the technician even put a screen protector on my phone. There was no extra charge for this or for the house call. I offered more than the fee requested as a tip for the great service, but the technician refused it. Only after I insisted and suggested he use the money to go have some beers with his co-workers did he accept the extra money. I use my phone to stay connected to the outside world and use it to order take-out food, groceries, and any other supplies for the house. I was very pleased they were able to come to my house the same evening I contacted them. Hopefully I don't have a problem like this again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Cellairis again. read more

Came in with a busted iPad screen. Told me he'd have it fixed in a hour and a half. Called me within the hour and a half with a good as new update! My model was a iPad 6th generation. Do not use this service - they will lie to you and perform services on your phone that you did not request. Took me 2 weeks to get my phone back, and it still wasn't fixed. Screen completely unglued, lite on phone was so bright it could have brought in ships. Had to make way to many trips, even after I got it back. Their warranty period is only 30 days instead of 90, because their service is so lousy, otherwise why change the warranty period - 90 days is pretty standard. SHOP AROUD!! So I originally just looked at the stars & this place had the best so hopefully this one star helps others. I took my phone on February 4 & it looked good. February 8 my phone started spazzing out. It couldn't figure out where I was tapping so it started clicking everywhere. I called and they said they'd be willing to look at it again but now I was concerned about something else going wrong. I read the reviews and although the star rating is high, a specific employee had similar poor reviews. Unfortunately he is the one who completed my repair. I emailed cellairis to request getting it fixed at another location. She asked for all of my information, my phone type, store location and more. After giving her this information she said all locations are privately owned and she couldn't help me. She then stopped responding to my emails and my phone is currently still in bad shape. I am part of that 25% of the population that has broken each and every iPhone I've purchased, counting back to 2008 that's an awful lot of damaged phones. I came in with a very damaged iPad and what I thought may be beyond repair shattered screen. When I got it back, I was very pleased to see that it looked practically brand new. Not only did they replace the screen but they also got out all of the dents from where my 3 year old had dropped it. They are fast, friendly and do great work at an affordable price. Terrible customer service! Cheap parts! The 90 day warranty is a joke! Stay away!! I had an iPhone 6 screen repaired here and literally 15 minutes later the screen cracked whiled wiping the screen. The technician (Marc and the Manger (Patricia Moore) told me they could not help me but I could buy another screen at a discounted rate of $109. Corporate was also unhelpful. Luckily I called the Bandera location and the great staff there took care of me at no cost. I'm still nervous about the parts being used (far from OEM quality) but at least I didn't double pay. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Stay away from this location, go to Bandera. read more

Should be a no star rating. The guy at the front seemed nice at first buy then is an absolute jerk when he takes your money and you try to get it back because the phone isn't fixed. After 2 weeks the screen isn't working and he says there is nothing he can do about it after I brought him the receipt. So rude as a staff and I'm just trying to save you now before you waste your time and money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IT'S TERRIBLE! read more
