It kept rebooting. I call and Let them know. Thinking the battery they put in was damaged since they replaced my apple battery with a cheap product. I dropped the phone off the next day as they requested. They were suppose to call me with an update. Of course they didn't. I called 3 hrs later. And was informed I needed to pay $150 for a motherboard. Informed them that i never agreed to have my phone battery removed. Which based on research can damage the motherboard. I asked for my old battery back. They agreed to refund me the 60$ since I was never informed about it before hand. I asked if they can deduct the 60$ from the price of the motherboard and I pay the difference. $90. The little girl working when I called said abe would call me back. Of course she didn't. Called Saturday at noon because no one called me. And he claimed he didn't do anything wrong. I informed him making changes to my phone without speaking to me first was wrong. And that my phone was fine before taking it in. N because of his negligence he more than likely damaged my phone more.. Second employee refers us back to first employee. We get same response......"Here, this employee will help you". Third employee immediately introduces themselves and you can tell they are not only LISTENING to the issues but WANTs to resolve them. (There IS difference between hearing and listening). It didn't take long at all before the issues were resolved and we were on our way out the door.

I picked this place…read morebecause it had great reviews on Yelp and also on google reviews, but I'm beginning to think that those google reviews are fake. This place claims to use authentic apple parts but this has not been the case for me. I had my cracked iPhone fixed here, the resolution was so noticeably worse than before, and I also got a message from my phone saying they detected unknown/non genuine parts. This was confirmed by the employee who said they use a third party source. They gave me a discount but I really wish I just spent the money and got it fixed the right way. If you don't care much about resolution, this may be the place for you because the screen does work now, just at a lower quality. It's cheaper than the Apple Store and you get what you pay for.
