I bought a phone online. I have my Verizon app, order number, and pictures of my ID. I walk in to pick up my order and they tell me that they cannot verify my identity. I open my app right in from of them with my order, and also my email. Apparently they are still unsure. I then try the Verizon pass that the email said to have ready for pickup. with that they are still unable to verify that I made the purchase. Now I have to drive across town, and come back later. very inconvenient. I recommend just having orders shipped to you or try another location. Customer service here is non-existent. Even if I pulled up my bank statement showing I bought the phone last night, I wouldn't get it. They can't read receipts here apparently. read more

I opened up my business account here about 4years ago with Adelina and she was very helpful. However. I had just came here a few weeks ago to order my iPhone 13 Pro max. I received it a few days ago and returned to the store for a case for it. An older short lady who said her name was Dawn was kinda rude and didn't really wanna help. As I was asking questions and wanted to try the cases on display that came off. She said they didn't and couldn't try any cases because they were all sealed. Didn't offer any solution. I decided to leave when she showed no interest in trying to help me get a case for my new phone. Should of waited for Adelina, but she was with a customer. read more

Walked right in with no wait time! After being to 3 other Verizon stores in the area that claimed they were affiliated stores they refused to look at my phone that was malfunctioning and said "that's why you have insurance". This store did all the diagnostics needed, and my phone was still under warranty and got me a new device as my phone was malfunctioning! They were GREAT! Thank you for having real techs and looking at my phone! read more

Horrible experience, they did not help me activate the new iPhone in store and refused to call online Verizon customer care for activation. All team members including manager were sitting and chatting and none offer me to set up my new device ! Very unprofessional experience and worst experience of my life. My rating is negative 1 for being unethical and deceiving. Verizon will convince you to move to their plan that allows you to bank data. But what they don't tell you is that this data expires in 30 days. I find this to be repugnant. Omitting such information is the same as lying. Buyer beware. read more

Ive been to a lot of Verizon stores and this location far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was helpful and not to quick and not too slow. Don't buy from Verizon. They don't back the items they sell. Had the receipt to a phone glass cover(with warranty) that cracked, and they wouldn't honor the warranty. Said I had to go to another store, not a Verizon store but a store called A Wireless. Why but from a store if they won't honor what they tell you they will. Very disappointed. read more
