If consistent access to your cable service is a priority consider other providers.

Frequent problems and monthly "maintenance" We have experienced problems roughly once a month over the past 14 months with this service. We are currently faced with a week long outage due to faulty equipment. If considering U-verse be aware that that monthly "maintenance" of the system is required on the customer's part to ensure proper performance. This means you are expected to reboot the router and DVR once a month if you would like the system to work as promised. In addition, regardless of what you pay for your service (we pay over $7 a day) they will only give you $3 a day for outage. This means that We are paying the difference of $4 a day this week while We wait for them to deliver our new DVR. Lastly, when the DVR arrives they expect us to install it. In the end, if consistent access to your cable service is a priority consider other providers. Of the top 3 cable providers our experience places U-verse in 3rd due to its inconsistent availability and required monthly maintenance. Is

On Wednesday, I finally got the long awaited AT&T fiber optic service installed. It worked while the guy was here. Thursday morning, nothing! Their customer service department sucks! Carol said it would be Monday before someone could come look at it. I haven't had a television system look like this since I was in college-40 years ago!

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Slowest WiFi in San Antonio and only excuses on why their service and equipment sucks.

I am giving it one star because you can't give it less. The bandwidth is terrible and does not give half of what you pay for.

I don't understand why the managers and supervisors stay in the back when there's so many people waiting. They should come out and help the customers instead of thinking that they're better than that. And after finally getting called up the girl who helped us, it was very rude and had no customer service skills. Her name is Kiana and she has a bad attitude. Almost like she hates working with people. I couldn't get a connection in the store and she kept blaming it on me. She kept telling me to give her my phone because she could get it connected. After she tried a couple of times her manager told her that there was an outage in the area. She didn't even apologize to me for thinking.I was stupid. After I explained everything to her about the question, I had, she still didn't know what I was talking about. I told her that i received a notification about an E-sim update and she looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. She kept saying, I don't know what that is. The manager once again had to tell her what it was.And then she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't help me with that. So needless to say, I wasted all my time in that store. And then to be treated rudely by that girl Kiana. She needs to retrain on how to handle customers and have better customer service skills. The managers and supervisors need to be retrained on how to help the customers. When it's very busy in the store and don't think that they're above doing that.

Being a new customer with a $200.00 gift promotion. I thought my first bill will be in March to be paid in April. Come April I was already two month behind with of course a late fee. I call they wave the fee and paid my bill. The customer rep. ask about enrollment in auto pay and save an addition $10.00. So I did gave him my bank information. I though okay I don't have to worry about it. So Fast forward to June my service started to slow down and buffing became a nuisance. So I called again to find out that I again was behind. The rep. for some reason didn't complete my enrollment. Well I talk to another rep. explain everything that happen. This time I was told that they couldn't help me at all. I had two paid the two month and the late fee. I told her I have no problem paying it but can she please wave the late fee and charge me the amount I was told if I set it up for auto pay. I was told she couldn't. I ask about the promotion and she said I didn't qualify because supposedly it states that the customer couldn't fall behind. Well I guess I didn't read the fine print and I wasn't told this in person when I sign up for service. I just finish talking to another rep and he stated again there wasn't anything he could do. He also stated that if I didn't pay the complete bill including the late fee there was going to be another late fee because of the late fee I wasn't going to pay. WOW As for the promotion I guess I'm not receiving it. Okay keep your darn gift card but at least wave the late fee due to that it was your rep. that didn't follow through. I think I'm going to try internet service from the cell company.

It should damn near be free to use this service. Update*** In case you were wondering if I'm joking or not in my post from 21 hours ago... The internet still isn't working. Still getting the most reliable and faster internet speech and they keep pushing the time that the internet will be on, back by 3 hours. They literally have the worst team ever. Who's fixing the internet? 3rd graders? Anyway Ive called AT&T and I'm switching over to them tomorrow. Btw you can't speak with a representative while the internet is down. So termination isn't possible. Don't know what internet has to do with a phone call when they have their chatters msging 5 msgs back to back because they don't know how to send one detailed msg. Surprisingly I've been paying $115 dollars for this shit internet. At least with at&t it'll be 60 for working internet and faster speeds.

Cris worked with me to design a Ubiquiti system that fit our needs and budget and made multiple recommendations to make sure our needs were met without inflating cost. He then outfitted our 12,000sq ft warehouse with Wifi, magnetic door locks, complete camera coverage inside and out, and configured our console, switch, and NVR so it was up and running right out of the gate. During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. His knowledge was invaluable in evaluating products and general IT configuration. He was always on time and stayed in contact regarding re-scheduling when there were multiple roadblocks on our end - like not having a ramp to get the lift outside. I would highly recommend Fusion for any IT installs.

The employees were great and tried their best on several occasions to improve the service with what they had. I received the advertised speed fairly often but it was not stable enough to stream. Latency ranged from the double digits to 500-700ms. I might get 25MB\sec one time and 2MB the next. It was like paying $88 for a tank of gas and only getting 5 gallons, but there was nothing I could do but suck it up and hope for something better next month. Frequent outages were frustrating. Some were brief and some were long but I had them weekly. Rain? Forget it. The slightest rain would result in rain fade and full loss of connectivity until it had passed. It's the norm with line of sight technology but it's aggravating. If you live close to one of their towers you probably wouldn't notice. I was maybe 3 miles away with good signal strength. Don't buy the story that 25 megs won't stream. It's the minimum needed for 4K and more than enough for 1080p unless you have several data hungry devices in the home. I now have 30MB from a local competitor and 4K video streams like water with two computers surfing YouTube. Latency is in the 20's. I give a ton of credit to the employees for trying but the trouble was beyond their reach. I hope RS can get their problems resolved. Competition is healthy.
