    Am so glad I am finally done ever coming inside here again! Praise the Lord, I am not even very religious. Called in multiple times, they have me the run around several times on cancelling my service. No matter what I told them, that I already started paying for another provider, they would not cease with the desperate negotiating to retain me. I understand this is their responsibility in their department, literally assigned to retain customers, but there needs to be a limit; there needs to be a balance between business and not harassing customers. After at least a couple hours cumulative being sent from department to department, trying to verify security details, then being confused by what service I had, then starting all over every time they transferred me to a higher person, they told me it was best I do it in person. I would have further persisted, but was in no place to do anything but be unfairly rude to any individual that they transferred me to next, since this feels like more a corporate situation than any one employee's doing. I finally made it to the store in person and the wait was ridiculous @ 9 in the morning. I was 5th in line. They told me it would take about 30 minutes. 1.5 hours later, they finally saw me. I will not bore you with the details. Alas, suffice to say, another 20 minutes later, I am done with this company forever.

    I would recommend anything but spectrum the price has gone up it goes out constantly just not worth it

    Dacia and customer service is horrible. Took less than 10 mins to get an account took over 55 mins to disconnect. Both rude.

    The worst experience ever. Been waiting for more than 2 hours to turn in some equipment. EQUIPMENT! Ladies here are rude with older folks.

    Spectrum is not reliable, to expensive, having to call for service more then I should .. I will be switching provider.

    Horrible company. All three stores were closed. Call centers are not updated.... all stores gutted ..closed

We were reluctant to sign the contract since it was for a one year contract. Like fools we believed the Comcast people on the phone when they told us we would be released from the contract if Comcast did not offer service at the new location we would be moving to. Turns out no Comcast service is offered at our new location. You guessed it. They will not release us from the additional 10 months on the contract. They lied to us and their management explained that Comcast cannot be held responsible for what their employees tell customers. The only thing that matters is what they tricked us into signing. I cannot tell you how poor this customer service is and what an awful experience it has been to do business with this company. We have never encountered anything like it. If I could have rated them with zero stars, I would have. "Caveat Emptor-Let the buyer beware". Now the public is aware!

Daniel did so good a job I am raising my company rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Daniel located a difficult-to-find cable under the ceiling, installed when the complex was built in 1986. He somehow made the wire live again, then split it off from the box in the bedroom, and brought it through the wall to the living room where it located perfectly to plug into my desktop computer. Daniel restored my faith in Time Warner Cable's judgement hiring Global Optics. Today the TWC Installer came for the modum hookup and his job was easy. He didn't need to add any cable and the computer system works perfectly.

I could barely see him or the four other workers in my backyard because they were toward the far left corner. They were hanging Global Optics wire for Time Warner along the telephone poles and were therefore cutting branches that lined the perimeter. Did I receive a knock on my door or any type of notice that their company was doing work in my backyard? NOPE! This is a huge safety hazard because I own a 180lb Neapolitan Mastiff who would have ripped them to shreds. In fact, that was the reason I opened my back door. Luckily, the workers pant leg caught my eye seconds before and I was able to stop my dog! How did I know it was Global Optics? Well, NOT because of any identifying uniforms. I had to trespass onto private property and look at the logo on the truck so I could call and ream them a new one! Why bother to call? Let's say my dog did bite, drag them to the ground, and inflict irreparable damage. Wonder who would be sued? ME and my MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. I could have lost my house and everything that I've worked for because of these workers. To think, it can easily be avoided if the company would simply knock of people's doors the morning of and say, "please keep pets inside because we may be doing work in your backyard". And let's not forget about the fact that they left my gates open after fence hopping to the neighbors yard. Again, had I not seen them and I let my dog out, he would running around the neighborhood because I would have no idea my gate was open or how it got that way. Then I could have been cited for "failure to maintain my dog" and fined massive amounts of money. In all, this company is not safe and if I ever catch them on my property again without prior notice I will calling the police and having them removed for trespassing.
