Antenna not connected or program unavailable" on one of my TVs. Also, for some reason, not able to get the local CBS channel on one of the TVs anymore. Very disappointing he does not respond. Thought I was a good customer as I gave him one of my older working TVs that he said he could use. Time to move on.

Then when you call to check on the eta, you hear about how it's the most reliable blah blah blah and it pisses you off more. Battlefield 6 just came out and guess what. No internet. A couple weeks ago, same thing. This is just a dumpster juice of a service. Would not recommend at all. It should damn near be free to use this service. Still getting the most reliable and faster internet speech and they keep pushing the time that the internet will be on, back by 3 hours. They literally have the worst team ever. A friend had just used CTI to service their phones and recommended them. I should mention we both have NEC phone systems. Anyway, their technician came out and was able to fix it for a smaller hourly rate. I think it was $90 or something. Totally reasonable price. And he was SO PROFESSIONAL and clearly knew what he was doing. The office people too - they're really easy to work with and always pleasant. We actually ended up buying a new system from them, and they credited us the cost of repairing our old one. Now I recommend them to everybody I can.
