I called him, sent him a photo of my laptop and the model number and he explained to me why he could not repair it (unavailability of one of the parts needed). He also gave me advice on brands to consider, based on his history with repairs. He answered my question about whether buying refurbished models is a good idea. He had suggestions on buying affordable refurbished laptops. 10-stars! He had nothing to gain by taking the time to help me. Now THAT is exactly what honesty looks like.
