The manager there explained that the Austin Highway location is owned by a franchisee and is not a company owned store. That explains the disheveled appearance and the lack of competent sales people. More importantly though, be sure to check your bill to verify any changes made after visiting this location! When I came in to buy a new phone, the transaction went smoothly and the CSR was friendly. I left feeling positively about my purchase, but without my knowledge she added a $5/month "feature" to my account, one to which I did not consent and did not want. This is a criminal practice called "phone cramming," and it is sad to see this fraud still being practiced by AT&T customer service employees. I have made a complaint to AT&T and had the charge reversed, but it should never have happened in the first place, and who knows how many customers this employee has scammed. Be vigilant.
