If I could give a zero rating I would based on my experience with an extremely unprofessional,…read morehostile woman that works there named Rina. She yelled, berated, humiliated me, slammed things, kept talking underneath her breath like a child while I spoke to someone that said they were the manager. I truly believe she would have escalated things if it hadn't been for her being at work. I called customer service during this whole traumatic event. And not once did any of the other employees that work there offer to help me while that woman verbally attacked me. I called and reported the incident to the regional manager and spoke to the store manager later. Praying one of them revisit the hiring of this woman because Rina has no business working with the public. She is a problem and will continue to attack other customers. I saw it in her face she was beyond angry...she was unhinged and kept escalating her extremely unprofessional and hostile behavior. I'm sure this wasn't her first time acting aggressive with people....I'm just the first one to write a review. Hopefully she becomes an example of a lessons learned for better screening/hiring practices because hiring her was a big mistake. Rina has zero customer service skills.

I have always kept otter box's on my phone as well as my wife's and my sons. When I took in the phone the rep was so quick to tell me that the phone was no good because the otter box had worn off a little paint worn on the corner of the phone other that that it was like new! As soon as she looked at the phone she said she had to have her manager look at it. Remind you it was only my wife and those two in the store with out even looking at the phone the manager shook her head "no". I didn't throw a fit I just left and went to Verizon by the golden coral on 1604 and Bandera and I was taken care of by Trish.. Verizon gave me 700 for my phone and a better deal than I was paying for the last 3 yrs. Don't waste your time with these people they are not friendly in anyway and are a waste of time.

They gave me a wireless charger for free and come to find out that they are charging me for it without my knowledge. Corporate also did an investigation because I was given an extra phone line that I didn't need. They are so eager to sell that they would rather steal from you. My screen protectors are lifetime warranty and I've been in the store 3 times to try and get it replaced with no luck because they don't have any on hand ea. Piss poor management. Update: They are willing to do absolutely nothing to help me out with this. Don't shop at franchise stores people.

I love Spectrum! We have used them ever since they put fiber cable in Grey Forest…read more I just now took a Speed test reading from my iPhone and this the norm here (362 mbps). Hardwire your computer to them and you'll get more. Spectrum comes out to our house if something can't be fixed from their end (I do believe we pay a little extra for that- well for it). I buy my own equipment and that stopped a lot of the issues we used to have and I get a lot further coverage. Just a little more and you'll get the best WiFi around (unless there is a new company I'm not aware of). My wife pays the bill so I'm not sure what we pay but I believe it's in the $79 a month range for WiFi only. It's been a been a while but ATT called awhile back and wanted our business. They offered me a price a little lower than Spectrums BUT get this .... they were going to install Wifi that was only 4 mbps I'm not sure what runs on 4 Mbps these days so - Hopefully they have gotten fiber by now for their ATT customers! Yes, we have our problems occasionally but they get on it and it's repaired within a reasonable time according to the problem.

I told the customer service rep that even with business like trash pick up if you close your account in the middle of the billing cycle, you will get back a prorated amount. The rep told me that that is not how Spectrum is setup. Unfortunately, One Star is the lowest I can rate them. I would rate them even lower than One Star if I could.
